Relaxing, Rejuvenating, Rewarding
Our experience was so wonderful & soothing. The property is beautiful & so calm. It definitely gave me the peace & rejuvenation that I needed. The inside is clean & home-like. It's so relaxing. The outside was just so peaceful (yes, the birds & boats are peaceful & calming). It was a balm for my weary bones. As a high school teacher, calm is tough to find. I needed this stay more than I knew. Jeff & Teresa are wonderful people who know how to make their guests feel welcomed. The next time I visit, I hope I have the ability to stay longer.
Beautiful home fully equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The hosts were very friendly and available to help with anything needed. The only thing that you need to be aware of was the step climb to the boat dock. Young folks would have no problem, but older health challenged folks need to be careful on the steep terrain. The corps of engineers prevents building on their easement so there are slippery places with lose rocks. We did fish from the dock at night using a light in the water and caught nice stringers of white bass, black bass, walleye and hooked some larger fish that snapped our 12 lb line like it was thread. Overall give this a 5-star rating and highly recommend.
This rental is the basement of the owner’s home and it is even nicer than the pictures shown. They have done a great job of remodeling and it is one of the nicest VRBOs that I have stayed in. The view is absolutely amazing. 10/10 recommend this place!
The house was amazing! They thought of all the details and there was nothing I would have requested. Highly recommend!

Great host’s, beautiful view, and quiet. Everything we needed in one place; from the decor to the kitchen to the fire pit and more! Highly recommend! Thanks Jeff and Teresa!
This lovely get away far exceeded our expectations. Everything about it made for a wonderful stay on beautiful Beaver Lake. The rental was fully equipped with everything we needed. It was tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable, and manager checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed.
We so very much loved this place that we hope to be able to go back some day.
This property was amazing. It was impeccably clean and well kept. Beds we’re comfortable. Furnishings were super nice, and the view was very, very impressive!!
Our contact was responsive and very personable! Would definitely recommend this VRBO!! Would definitely stay there again!
Location was easy to access, with GORGEOUS views of water and sunset! Plenty of room for Us and 4 of our teenagers! Gentle reminders of Gods grace throughout, and the owners put their hearts into making us feel welcomed! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This was an amazing place to stay and just enjoy peace and quiet to get away from the fast paced life we all live today. The view is wonderful especially when the moon shines. My 2 teenage boys enjoyed it as well, they didn't even makea fuss.

Relaxing Stay with Beautiful View
We had a very relaxing family get-away with the most beautiful view. The owners were very kind and inviting. Very clean and had everything we needed. We had never booked a vacation rental before and were very impressed. Easy to book, and great communication. We saw lots of deer and cardinals in the trees, as well as perfectly still waters - just what we needed for a relaxing get-away.
This house is so beautiful and the view is amazing. The walk to the lake is very steep-we drove but our car almost got stuck so I would stick with walking. The lake is amazing and the perfect temperature. The hosts paid attention to so many details which really made us feel cared for and at home. My kids are already asking to come back!!

Exceptional, Spotless & Serene
Thank you, Jeff and Teresa, for such a beautiful, serene, and spotless place to stay! We appreciate the beauty, quality and attention to detail in everything about your bnb. We once again had a wonderful stay, taking full advantage of the kitchen, sunrises, sunsets, and star gazing. Thanks for your wonderful hospitality! We will see you again!
The space and the view were exactly as shown in the photos. Sunrise was beautiful and we even saw a deer in the yard one morning. The last 6 miles winds back and forth quite a bit. It was a little scary our first night driving in! Jeff came down to let us the northern lights were out and we saw him one or two other times as we were coming and going. Otherwise, we were left on our own and had a relaxing and quiet time.

Well worth it!
Beautiful view. Immaculate walk-out basement apartment. Short drive to Bentonville.
The peaceful and serene view of the sonrises were just what we needed to disconnect. The amenities were very comfortable and spot on. Five star accommodations in the beautiful woods seems inadequate. It is definitely on our return list. Jeff and Teresa were amazing hosts.
The accommodations were perfect and had everything we needed during our stay (3 nights). The sunrise was beyond words as was the hospitality of the owners. The only unexpected thing was the walk to the water. Less than 1/4 mile but has some steep, rocky areas. The walk was well worth it every time though. We would definitely book this property again.
