Quite a good property for a family stay near Safety Beach. Short drive to the restaurants and other surrounding beaches. While not having air conditioning in every room, having the main powerful unit in kitchen/living area cooled the place down quite well.

Pleasant Stay

We had a nice stay here. It was suitable for us. It was a bit unkept (hard rubbish out the front, overgrown garden, dirty carpets inside). If you are just looking for somewhere to stay, it is a good location.

Lovely getaway!

I definitely recommend this home to anyone seeking accommodation in the Safety Beach area. Silvana was very helpful and quick to reply to messages which was appreciated. The house is comfortable, very clean and well-appointed. A great place for a weekend getaway with friends!

Place is a little outdated, but ok for a budget stay. Beware of sharp edges on the rusty stairs.

The place has 2 new bathrooms , new pergola ,, great kitchen , new staircase ( rusty bits?). Its not a house that was built tomorrow but a quite decent one .

Walking distance to the beach made this ideal for us. Very large living areas meant we were not getting in each others way. A Very clean and quiet accommodation. Thank you Silvana. Very happy with what we had.

Beach holiday home

Traditional holiday home, bit rusty on the outside but everything very neat and tidy inside. We are quite fit but if you struggle with mobility and stairs may want to look for something else. We were very happy with our stay and the communication with the host.

Renovations??? With 2 BRAND NEW bathrooms modern kitchen BRAND NEW decking. BRAND NEW tiling at back area of house it needs renovation? I d say you re probably better suited to a $1000 p/n property which is fully renovated for you. Im really not sure why you booked mine ,you should focus on a brand new one next time at double or triple or quadruple the cost. No point booking a property under $500 if you want it brand new.

People like you should b banned from renting any property for making FALSE and MISLEADING allegations. The reviews speak for themselves. If you re angry with life no need to insult others . What you have stated couldn't t be further from the truth. Reviews speak for themselves anyway so all who read yours will know how dishonest you have been. What kind of person lies like this. I have called Stayz and made a complaint about you and they told me it s not the first time they ve had a complain t about you. Great location, walking distance from the beach. House is as the pictures show. Split system air con in main living area and fans supplied for all bedrooms. We had access to the upstairs level of the property. No bed linen is supplied. Minimal condiments supplied ie coffee sugar tea excellent communication between host. sliding door was hard to lock up , other then that it was a great short stay.

Very old but bathrooms and kitchen wqs clean. Smell was very strong. Among the many things we were disappointed with, the carpet was very stained and dirty and we did not have access to the back yard however it was too hazardous for our dog to go out there. Definitely will not be back.
