A comfortable home with ocean views, close to the beaches and waterfalls.

Enjoy the beauty of Paraty and relax in a comfortable setting nestled in the Atlantic Forest, with views of the ocean and the mountains. Located in a peaceful, green area, close to the beaches of São Gonçalo (4 km away), Tarituba, and Praia do Pelado, and also near some of the most beautiful waterfalls, such as Crepúsculo. Our space features a suite with a double bed, 200-thread-count percale sheets, pillows, a 50-inch TV, Wi-Fi, a ceiling fan, and air conditioning. The bathroom has a shower with hot water and a glass-enclosed shower stall. The living room has a sofa bed with an extra mattress, allowing us to accommodate up to 4 people. It also features two kitchens: one indoors, fully equipped with all necessary utensils, and another outdoors, complete with a gas stove, wood-burning stove, barbecue grill, sink, and half-bath, as well as a laundry area with a washing machine and sink. When you return from the beach, cool off with a refreshing outdoor shower. There is parking space with a separate entrance. Nearby, there is a market with a butcher shop and a bakery. The Historic Centre is 25 km away.
