In a newly-built community near a mountain reservoir sits this beautiful townhome. The home includes northeast-facing windows that show the gorgeous surrounding mountains and water. Bold, hardwood flooring is accented by unique finishes and rich decor.

The kitchen includes granite counters, wooden cabinetry, a gas stove, and stainless steel appliances. Just outside of the kitchen is the deck where you can relax in the outdoor furniture and take advantage of the gas grill and beautiful views.

Upstairs you'll find the master suite with a private deck, king-sized bed, and a large bathroom complete with a walk-in closet. Opposite the master suite is the queen bedroom with a full bathroom adjacent. Laundry room is also located on this level.

The lower level provides an additional family room with a ping-pong table and a walk-out patio where the private hot tub is located. The third bedroom features two twin beds and a small bunk area with additional sleeping
room is in the back. The final full bath is also on this level.

Beautiful unit

Looks like a recent remodel and was amazingly clean. The hot tub was clean and nice. The layout was great for a family of teens and adults. The only drawback was that the photos made it look private and set apart from its neighbors it it was in a row of condos with neighbors in either side..

The condo is very well appointed and clean on the inside. However the windows are in great need of cleaning. The patio and outdoor furniture off the master bedroom were filthy. I had to sweep up the entire area from bird droppings, and WASH the web chairs before we were able to use it. The patio on the main floor had to be cleaned up as well. The lidded garbage can in the garage was left full upon our arrival. I thought you should be made aware of these cleaning short comings.

Amazing Experience

Absolutely wonderful experience. The home was beautiful, immaculate, and offered every available amenity. The beds were so comfy and cozy and the layout worked beautifully for our family and their friends. The bunkbeds were very fun for the kids. Hot tub and ping pong table were a definite plus. Would highly recommend this condo!!
