Surrounded by lush tropical gardens and conveniently located within walking distance to the historic riverside township of Wardell. Situated 10 minutes from Ballina Airport and only 5 minutes to the undiscovered beauty of Patch’s Beach..Enjoy all the Northern Rivers has to offer being so conveniently located to Byron Bay, Lennox Head, Bangalow and Ballina.....play by day and relax in tranquility at night!

This newly renovated home offers the perfect base for your next coastal holiday. It has 3 good sized bedrooms, open plan kitchen/living/dining plus the extra addition of an office/extra TV/DVD room....perfect for the kids! The garden is filled with tropical plants and has a lovely decked area at the front which is perfect for entertaining wether it be breakfast or a sundowner. It offers secure parking for three vehicles. We also have a sports hut out that back which has tennis rackets, a golf set and a surfboard...all of which are free for guests to use.

Paradise Palms is unique in that it offers a quiet, friendly location complete with boat ramp, tennis/basketball courts, playground, fishing pontoon, and renowned Wardell pies (all within 5 minute walking distance)
and yet is in such close proximity to many popular coastal towns such as Byron Bay and Lennox Head. It has the hub of Ballina on its doorstep offering all you could need; shopping, cafes/restaurants, water slides, bowling ally, cinemas, boat trips, whale watching, and not to forget The Giant Prawn!

You can dip into the tourist areas by day and conveniently retreat back to Paradise Palms to rest and prepare for the next day. It really is the best of both worlds!

Comfortable, clean with a beach house vibe. Nicely situated in a laid back town a shortish drive to Ballina and good dog beaches. Would happily stay again.

Cute, clean & perfect for pets

loved the house especially the shower, our puppy enjoyed the front and back yards and would stay again if I need to come back to the area. And the owners were really helpful and welcoming.

We stayed a week. It's a fantastic property to stay, relax and explore the local area. The property is very private and quiet, and secure fencing for pets. Check in was super easy, and the house has everything you could possibly need. The hosts have thought of everything. There is a little games hut with surfboards, golf clubs and back yard games, if you're energetic, or you can just relax on the deck and enjoy the serenity. Mark and Kim were excellent with their communication, making everything about our stay seemless.

A Delightful Stay

The start was a bit hectic as the owner posted key access number on Stayz, assuming that we did everything on phones, we don't. So it took us an hour or so for Kim to get us the details.The stay was excellent, we were away from crowded areas and yet had good access to Ballina, Byron Bay and other areas around.The house had everything we needed and was comfortable and functional. My friends were a bit skeptical after I booked it, but they had a great holiday and they needed it.We would stay again if we were going to northern NSW again.
