This condo is advertised on the Expedia Group sites by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make when you book this house is only their service fee. (Check your credit card statement) Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. You will be following the payment schedule from Marco Island Rental Properties not VRBO for your booking. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out promptly.

Experience the comforts of home in this beachfront 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit, featuring a King bed in the master suite and twin beds in the guest room. This fully tiled unit offers a private balcony with stunning panoramic views of the beach and gulf, where you can relax to the sound of waves and watch dolphins from both the bedroom and living room. Please note both bathrooms have showers, No bathtubs.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.

NOTE: This building will have construction being done on the 01 and 02 balconies starting July 20 and last thru October. Limited to no pool access during this time. Beach access will be available! Noise maybe heard throughout the building.

CANCELLATIONS: 15% of the rental fee is retained if cancellation is made 60 days prior for weekly (90 days monthly rental). Condo App Fees, and Travel insurance is non-refundable. Inside the 60 days weekly/90-day monthly cancelation period, (if you do not have travel insurance); We try to re-rent the unit, if successful we will charge 15% commission on your reservation and refund the balance. WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip! Cancellations due to COVID, Hurricanes, any acts of God, or Mother Nature are subject to the same conditions as our normal cancellation policy. No Exceptions!

DIRTY PLACE

The unit is dirty, (deep dirty-dust balls/dirt build up), the management company was responsive, but all we got was the cleaning credit, the entire trip was ruined because really who could enjoy a dirty unit? Although the company recommended sending a cleaning person, the dirt in the unit was so "old" that it would have to be deep cleaned, and painted to improve the condition. Vacations are not for meant to spend the week cleaning and avoiding touching things because they are filthy. Not coming back to this unit, the building was ok and not too busy even if it was peak season.

Great location but tired condo

Love being right on the beach, even though it was turtle season and they are strict about no lights coming from the condo. Walls are super thin and woke up to neighbors arguing and/or a loud TV every night. The washer sounds like it's going to take-off, but it does work. No screens on the sliders and the vertical blinds need to be replaced. The master bedroom has a comfy bed, but hard to get around the bed. There is nice furniture on the balcony and the beach chairs and umbrella were super great to use. It's important to note that when checking in be sure to get the keys from the Management office which is offsite and down the road a short distance. We had trouble with the keys sticking, but a call to the building maintenance had that issue resolved in short order. Also, could not get the TV in the living room to work on the cable channels. The bedrooms worked fine. Ample supply of bath towels.

Morning on the balcony

Vintage Florida building. Overall a nice condo. A few minor problems and one elevator out for two days. Beautiful beachfront view from balcony.
