It has air conditioning and fans in every room, a 50-inch TV, satellite dish, Wi-Fi, microwave, washing machine, and dryer. Kitchen utensils (pots, cutlery, and glasses) and a barbecue grill.

The complex features a swimming pool and a playground in the common areas.
