The ground floor offers a self-contained unit with bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and living room which can be closed off from the rest of the house. On the first floor are the open-plan dining and living rooms, accompanied by a fully-equipped kitchen. On the second floor is the master bedroom and ensuite, as well as two further double bedrooms with a shared bathroom.

Modern, comfortable , spacious house. Centrally located with restaurants, coffee and shopping nearby. Amenities were great—very clean, plenty of linens, complete kitchen, laundry soap, shampoo-conditioner-bath gel. Easy door access via digital lock. I highly recommend and would stay here again!
This was an excellent property within easy walking distance of central Christchurch and even easier walking distance of Hagley Park and the Botanic gardens. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would happily stay here again. One very small gripe, having stayed in similar properties over the last couple of weeks... the check in process, while ultimately very smooth, was less clear than other properties in terms of advance communication. But that didn't in any way take away from our overall experience which was very positive. We were 5 adults, including 3 adult children and the location and spaciousness of this property suited us ever so well.
We stayed with our friends ( 3 x couples) for two nights in this stunning accomodation. It was perfect for our needs....communal spaces to get together, our own bedrooms and bathrooms, beautiful decor, and close proximity to the city centre and Hagley Park.
