One very large bedroom with a super king bed, and a second bedroom with a queen bed. Fully equipped kitchen, and lounge offering Foxtel and Netflix, with WiFi also. Minutes walk to all the Bridge road and Swan street restaurants, tram to city, Yarra walks, sporting and entertainment arenas, Burnley golf course.

Close to the city, and plenty of transport options to go anywhere in Melbourne. It is a quiet and peaceful loaction despite being in a vibrant and energetic suburb, Lots of food options, all of which are a short walk. Must be 20 plus hotels/pubs within a 5 km radius. Good walking tracks, along the Yarra, the Botanical Gardens, Yarra Park/MCG precinct, the local strarets and all its history. Shopping a plenty!!
