With more than 2,500 square feet of living space and sweeping views of the Sherwin Mountains and Mammoth Rock. This mountain retreat offers plenty of room for families and groups to relax, reconnect and enjoy everything Mammoth has to offer. The bright and spacious upper-level living area provides plenty of comfortable seating for the whole group, along with a large flatscreen TV, cozy gas fireplace, and expansive windows that showcase the surrounding mountain scenery. Two separate dining areas provide plenty of room for family meals, games, or gathering together, while the fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to dinner for the entire group. Step outside onto the back deck to enjoy the gas BBQ, fresh mountain air and beautiful surroundings. Walking and Mountain Bikes trails can be accessed directly from the property and in winter the surrounding snow-covered open spaces create the perfect mountain setting for kids to play while you stay warm beside the fireplace. The primary bedroom is a retreat of its own, featuring a king bed, private gas fireplace, flatscreen TV, small desk/workspace, and a private deck with incredible views, the perfect spot for morning coffee. The en-suite bathroom includes a double vanity. A second downstairs bedroom also features a king bed, private en-suite bathroom, its own deck, and a dressing table that can double as an additional workspace. Upstairs, the third bedroom offers a queen bed along with views toward Mammoth Mountain. The fourth bedroom is perfect for kids, featuring queen sleeper sofa and a flatscreen TV. A third full bathroom with a separate vanity and dual sinks is also located on the upper level. Designed with families in mind, the home includes a baby gate and a selection of children’s toys. Additional conveniences include an in-unit washer and dryer, free WiFi, private two-car garage, and plenty of space to store your mountain gear. This home is also pet-friendly on a request basis, so your four-legged family member may be able to join the adventure. No smoking is permitted. Guests additionally receive complimentary access to Snowcreek Athletic Club. Great family rental

We love staying in snow creek every year for our family trip. The property was great. It would be nice to see the property management company progress past keys and having to “check in” and “check out”. We will be back and would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Great stay in mammoth

House is super spacious and better than the photos. We had a great time. Everything you need - house is fully stocked with kitchen goods, games, towels etc . Check in was easy. Location was close to the mountain. Would definitely come back.

Two gas fire places keep the ambiance going indoors. Well appointed with lots of extras: humidifiers, lots of games, great seating for dining & plus table for games & puzzles. This is our 2nd time staying here.

Clean and spacious

4 bedroom, 3 bath and spacious living area great for our 6 adult, 4 kid group. Nice and clean on arrival. Garage door non-functioning the first couple days and front entry piled high with snow so bit of a challenge getting in and out. Suggestions to owner would be to do clean out of at least one cabinet in kitchen for guests to store food and simplify TV/audio controllers with current instructions. We had to have Jason in maintenance figure it out for us as instructions there did not apply/work.

The management company was very understanding when we had an issues with one of our vehicles and had to extent our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed the space. The layout was perfect for our group, which included my parents, brother and his girlfriend, my husband and I and our two kids plus two dogs. The two couples took the downstairs bedrooms and we and our kids took the upstairs. Having the open space behind the townhouse was perfect for snow play. For the most part, the kitchen was well stocked, although some dishes and such are showing their age and wear. There were many things that I think the owners should consider fixing/replacing, although I don’t really fault the owner as this unit is managed and maintained by a management company. I find when that is the case, details get missed. For example, one of the down comforters in the bunk room had some very old yet obvious blood stains. There was hair in both bathtubs upon our arrival, glass shards were found in the stacking Pyrex dishes and the garage door could use some attention. We just feel general maintenance could be improved but when the people caring for the property aren’t the owners, less pride tends to show through. Having said all that, we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views

Sitting in the living room looking out at the mountains was great. This home backs up to open space and so nothing impedes your view of the mountains. The home is spacious and nice with plenty of room. We liked having two of the bedrooms with king beds. For a large group this home fits the bill and I would recommend it with a disclaimer to be aware of a couple things. The upstairs balcony where you could sit and enjoy the views was a disappointment. It is very small. Smaller than a condo balcony with room only for two bar stools. As this is a large home with 4 bedrooms the balcony with only room for 2 people seems odd. If you are visiting during winter, this wouldn't impact your stay. However, we were there in summer and would have liked to spend more time on a sufficient balcony. Additionally the balcony is pared and shared with the attached townhome. No wall between so no privacy. Several pieces of furniture in the house are worn and they have put what looks like colored duct tape to patch holes. Its time to replace worn out furniture. I had spoken with the management in advance and asked if we could check in at 3:00 instead of 4. They said they wouldn't know till the day of and they would make a note of it and let me know. I called as we were driving up to check on my request and they had no record of it. So not only could we not check in early, they were running a tad behind and we got keys at 4:30.

It was well stocked for cooking, towels, bedding, etc. The only complaint is the carpet had pet hair in it and Mammoth Reservations would not even bring us a vacuum to do it ourselves. Several attempts fell on deaf ears. Don't expect Mammoth Reservation to take care of any problems. Other than that it was very enjoyable.

It's on a quiet street, easy to take walks with kids and pets. Main level has two bedrooms and bath, while lower level has two more bedrooms with doors out to small deck. We enjoyed the gas fireplaces in master bedroom and family room. We would recommend this place to any family that can manage stairs into the main living area.
