Welcome to our family home away from home. We've strived to make it cozy and comfortable. If there is anything we can do to improve, please let us know. Our goal is to facilitate your stay and not get in the way of a great trip or making memories with your loved ones and good friends.

Our humble advice during your stay: Enjoy the views of Mammoth Rock. Go out the back door and hike the trail (all the way up to Lake Mary, if you want). Grab a growler from Distant Brewing. Drink it on the porch or bring it 7 houses down (yes, we counted!) to the shared hot tub. Make some new friends. Pet a dog. Smell the sage and pine needles in summer. Set up shop on an adirondack chair in front of the Yodler after lunch or apres ski.

We hope you make as many wonderful memories as we have here. While we love all seasons in Mammoth, summer holds a special place for us. Pro-tip: the so-called "off" season is gorgeous with fall colors and that special feeling you have the town all to yourself.

Note: for our safety and yours we have 4 exterior cameras in the following locations: Front Doorbell, Garage Access Keypad, Side Yard, and Back Porch.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Clean any small appliances, coffee makers, etc. you've used or leave them out so our cleaners know to clean them.
Ensure spa key is left in plain view. If you were issued a front door key (because there was an issue with the smartlock) remember to return it to the lockbox. Lost key charge is $100 each.
Set thermostat (downstairs) to 50 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The EV charger is free to use but please avoid charging between 4pm to 9pm as rates are almost 3x during those times.
No pets on beds or furniture (please respect that the next guest may have an allergy).
Quiet hours (per town ordinance) are between 10pm to 7am.

Mammoth family and friend snowboarding trip

The location was very convenient to all the things we wanted to do. We had a nice stay and had perfect weather. The condo is spacious and has a nice layout.

Great place - especially if you are bringing a dog

This home is clean, well furnished and very comfortable. It is nicely located to the grocery store and not too far from Eagle. The kitchen has all the basics and the bedding and linens were comfortable.We would absolutely stay here again.

Incredible stay

Our stay was incredible. The location is very close to the ski lifts. Beautiful, spacious home as well. There was a concern with the refrigerator however, the property managers were timely in their responses and addressing our issue. I’d recommend staying and will be coming back in the future!

Spacious Mammoth Getaway

Family vacation

The listing was everything it said and more. I really enjoyed our stay and my family loved how clean and spacious it was. It is a little further from Main Street mammoth but a short car ride to the grocery store was worth it for the comfort of this home. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful stay

We had a great stay over the 4th of July weekend. The house was stocked with everything we needed and loved that we could get onto the trails right from the front door. We had some issues with the entry and spa codes but staff was quick to respond. We will definitely be back!

Why they chose this property

This is a great pocket neighborhood that is surrounded by nature on all sides. Low traffic and safe for kids as there is no through traffic. Go out the back and just start hiking!

What makes this property unique

The views from the living room and balcony are spectacular. You get to just experience nature from the comfort of the fireplace or while grilling your family's next meal. Mammoth is a special place and we think our house exemplifies why. We have tried to amenitize it so it feels nice, comfy, and practical.
