The layout allows for several combinations of people and pets. The level referred to as the lower level is actually the ground floor, where you enter the house. As I read the listing I thought the upper level was on the ground floor and the lower level was below that. The driveway is very difficult to find in the dark as no address signs are visible from the road. After settling in we had a delightful time.

Another family trip to Florence

As always we love this place with its 2 separate living areas. It's a 4 star stay again only because of a few housekeeping issues again. Dirty dishes and spider webs again, with those couple issues cleared up it would be a 5*. Thanks again for another great year and great memories for my family.

We had an excellent stay. The house was very clean and spacious. The view of the lake was beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evenings. We loved having several bathrooms for our group. Communication and check in were easy. We liked the location. It was peaceful but also just a short drive from town. We hope to come back soon!

House was clean. Pictures are accurate! Beautiful view off the top porch of the lake, simply stunning. Kitchens came stocked with various cookware. The best part of this site is the bathrooms, 4 in total. 2 with just toilet and 2 with shower/tub. Downstairs has a bunk bed and a futon. Upstairs has a queen bed and a king bed. Washer and dryer. Lots of berry bushes and quiet neighbors. This home is great for groups. No issues with water pressure or water temperature, everyone was able to take showers when needed. Smooth check in and check out.

The place was perfect. The location ! The view was great. The little town was picture perfect as well where the house is by the lake Just a note : If you are using Google Maps , and arriving at night. The property address sign is not visible, it’s the shared drive way . It was a wonderful place !!!

Beautiful views of the lake

Fabulous Lake House

We love the Deerhart Lakehouse so much. It’s a wonderful property, great view and not too far from town. The separate space is perfect for our teens to get away from the adults.

Lighthouse Adventure

We very much enjoyed our stay at Deerhart Lakehouse. It is centrally located in Florance. The property had a fabulous view and was central to visiting the lighthouses on the Oregen Coast. The property driveway was a bit steep. The people at the management company were very helpful.

Wonderful view - very relaxing

We had a fantastic get-away at Deer Hart. The lake view was spectacular on a cold but sunny January weekend. This is a lovely home that was perfect for five people (and a dog), but could easily accommodate more people. Two living areas allow for lively gaming in one area and great conversation in another. Bring the family.
