Traditional Villa built circa 1910 with original period features including Kauri floorboards, sash windows etc. Three double bedrooms, open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with large open fire.

Property includes modern purpose built games room with bar area, pool table, table tennis table, dart board, large screen TV, record player and log burner (for winter) and large pergola area (for summer).

Property is approx 900m from the town centre and walking distance to a number of local vineyards, bars, cafes and restaurants.

Property is pet friendly, with fully fenced backyard.

Note - main dwelling is over 100 years old, do not book if you are looking for a modern accommodation option.

The photos on bookabach don't do it justice. This place is more awesome than we expected. Big old farmhouse with everything you need and the games room is epic. We woke up to the sunrise over the vines out the kitchen window. We will be back!

What a great place! We stayed here with friends visiting from the UK. Super location, clost to town and we walked to Poppies, Moy Hall etc. Loved the old feel of the house and the games room is fantastic! Highly recommend!
