Apartment located in the LAcqua diRoma complex, which is considered the largest and most comprehensive condominium-club in Caldas Novas, as it features 24-hour recreational facilities, including a wave pool, hot tubs, a wet bar, water slides, waterfalls, a sauna, restaurant, snack bar, and a children’s playroom, among other attractions.

Apartment Description:
- BEDROOM with a double bed, split-system air conditioning, 32-inch LED TV, and an extra single mattress;
*All windows have curtains for guests’ comfort.
- LIVING ROOM with a 32-inch TV and a double bed;
- KITCHEN with a refrigerator, water purifier, microwave, electric stove, and basic utensils (glasses, silverware, and plates), ideal for quick meals.

Important Information:
- The apartment accommodates up to 5 people regardless of age.
- Due to hygiene concerns, we do not provide bedding or towels (you must bring your own pillow and blanket). Once the reservation is confirmed, we can provide contact information for companies that rent linens if you are interested.
- Meals are not included in the reservation; if guests wish to dine at the restaurant, they must pay separately.
- Guests must bring their own toiletries and personal items.
- The water park is open 24 hours a day.
- Cleaning fees for the apartment, as well as water and electricity, are already included in the daily rate (guests must leave dishes and silverware clean).
- Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided.
- Renting the apartment entitles you to one rotating parking space.
- The condominium does not allow pets (regardless of size).
- As directed by the Child Protection Agency, you must provide personal identification for guests who are under the age of majority.
- In accordance with Law No. 8,069 of July 13, 1990, it is prohibited to accommodate children or adolescents unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardian, or without written authorization from them or from a judicial authority, in a hotel, guesthouse, motel, or similar establishment. It is essential to present the child’s or adolescent’s personal identification documents.
- We do not rent out hotels; we offer seasonal rentals in condominiums with recreational areas, in accordance with the Tenancy Law No. 8,245, dated October 18, 1991, Section II, Articles 48, 49, and 50.

Useful Tips:
Near the condominium, you’ll find a bakery, grocery stores, a pizzeria, an ice cream shop, and restaurants. And in the complex’s recreational area, there is also a buffet restaurant that offers breakfast (approximate price of R$ 22.00 per adult and R$ 16.00 per child), lunch (approximate price of R$ 39.00 per adult and R$ 24.00 per child), and dinner (approximate price of R$ 35.00 per adult and R$ 22.00 per child); prices are subject to change without prior notice.
