House in a gated community 50 m from the beach, located in Praia da Baleia on the northern coast of São Paulo. Sleeps 10 people in 4 suites in the main house and 1 compact suite in the guest house, 1 half-bath, 4 living areas, 2 balconies, an open-concept kitchen, a barbecue/gourmet kitchen on the private balcony, and air conditioning in the bedrooms and living areas.
Beach access is right in front of the condominium entrance.
The 2020/2021 season calendar is now available, with a minimum stay of 3 to 5 nights, except on holidays, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve, when minimum stay periods are specified by the owner.
Minimum stay of 7 days for Christmas, 10 days for New Year’s Eve, and 6 days for Carnival.
The house offers high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace with its own desk in the Blue Superior Suite 3. Please contact us with any questions!
