Unit 261 SeaSide Villas is a beautifully updated second floor villa has a wonderful ocean view and has everything one needs for a great vacation. A completely equipped kitchen with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave, a queen size bed for Mom and Dad and bunks for the kids. The living room TV has a 50 Hdtv and there is a 19 television in the bedroom. High speed wireless internet is included.

An elevator is available from the ground level, under the building, parking garage. There is a community coin-operated laundry facility just down the hall.

You are just steps to the beach and swimming pools. Seaside is a short walk to Coligny Plaza for dining, shopping and entertainment and the new Lowcountry Celebration Park. This the perfect spot for a romantic getaway or golf vacation.

Very underwhelmed by the Villa. Needs updating and a good cleaning. Air conditioner makes noise constantly. Bedroom is so small that you can barely get into bed on one side. Our check in packet included the wrong front gate code so we couldn’t even get on property for 45 minutes. We were a late arrival so we were afraid we would have no where to stay that night. Our arrival was a nightmare. The only good thing was the location.

I enjoyed my stay overall. The view and the proximity to the beach were exactly as described, and the condo was very quiet, making it perfect for our short stay. We did have a couple of issues with the pull-out sofa bed related to cleanliness and comfort. We also found a nail sticking out from underneath the dishwasher, which could be a safety concern for families with young children. I made the host aware of these issues, and hopefully they’ll be addressed for future guests. Overall, we had a good stay and appreciated the location and peaceful atmosphere.

Location and Memories

This trip was a series of “firsts” for us- our first trip to Hilton Head; our first time using VRBO; and our first time staying at a condo rental rather than a hotel. The trip was a wonderful week of making great memories! This location was perfect for our needs- close (just a few moments walk) to the beach; close to shopping (just a few minutes walk) ; and was convenient to wherever we wanted to go via driving. The condo itself was somewhat small but absolutely spotless and was furnished with everything that we needed. The rental agent we dealt with, Meghan, was very pleasant and helpful- always very responsive and efficient in response to our questions. We would come back to this location in the future.
