464 Legacy 3 bedroom villa

This beautiful 3 bedrooms 3 baths, single-story Villa has all the amenities for an enjoyable vacation.

8 Guest maximum over night, 12 guest maximum day time

The property has an electric grill and the pool at the clubhouse has propane grills. NO CHARCOAL GRILLS ALLOWED.

Pets may be welcome based submission of the breed and upon approval will incur a non-refundable $200 per pet fee- dogs only.

This unit is a perfect place for 3 adult couples, as everyone gets their own bedroom and bathroom. The amenities were quite sufficient and the kitchen was well equipped. It is in a very quiet location. We would certainly stay here again!
