Very beautiful house with a great view from the front porch very clean nice sitting fire pit area in backyard to give you a great country vibe only minutes from the city host communicated with any questions very friendly thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful house would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Chattanooga but want the country vibe

My only regret was not being able to stay longer.The home was perfect! The house has a great layout for entertaining small groups. Both front and backyard have gorgeous views of the mountains. There is a fireplit for roasting marshmallows and sticks were even provided. There was enough for our family to each have their own room. GET THE TWIN RENTAL NEXT DOOR IF THIS IS FOR A WEDDING! We wish we did.My daughter (the bride to be) had 3 horrible rentals (one had a tarp on the roof, at 1000 a night) in the Chattanooga area. Added stress she didn’t need. When she saw this place she couldn’t believe how reasonable it was and the location was perfect.

Loved our stay

Absolutely nice place to stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to the city and the adventure. Loved the view to the mountains. The place was very comfortable and clean.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our family of 5. The location is very convenient to downtown and all the sights, yet feels like you’re out in the country.

Family vacation

Great Location close to Ruby Falls Rock city etc and restaurants the property was in a nice quiet area and the home was nice and clean I would definitely recommend this property.

Great stay and would book again if in the area. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and house. There was enough room for our large family (2 adults and 4 kids). We really enjoyed the backyard and fire pit especially with the available wood pile. Close to everything we wanted to do in Chattanooga. Clean and spacious!

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. We chose the location as we wanted to be outside of Chattanooga. We found it easy to get to all the places we visited including downtown. The house is great and had everything we needed.

Family Getaway

This house was perfect for our family! We really enjoyed the backyard and bonfire area. We had four small children and 6 adults and had plenty of space. We would stay here again!

Wonderful property for a family

We stayed here with our three grandchildren for a few days during Spring Break. We had plenty of room, a beautiful view, and the house was a short drive from all the things we wanted to do. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Weekend stay.

We chose this location because of the wedding venue next door and it was perfect! Our stay was pleasant and the house was spotless and totally accommodating! Views are gorgeous and everything was very comfortable and convenient! Would so use evolve again!
