Nice appartement in very good location

We enjoyed our stay in this appartement. Location is 3 minutes to the beach, Not crowded. Super market, day market nearby. Nice direct view to the sea. Food communication with friendly people für Check in and Check out. Recommended!

Emplacement idéal pour un séjour en bord de mer

Situé dans une propriété sécurisée et calme, l'appartement avec vue sur mer est bien agencé et équipé. Il est proche de toutes les commodités : supérette et dépôt de pain, marché, restaurants, plage. Une place de parking souterrain est prévue. L'accueil est sympathique et efficace.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe

Wir haben als Familie mit zwei Kleinkindern eine Woche im Juni in der Wohnung verbracht. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Trotz einiger Verständnisschwierigkeiten konnten wir uns mit einem Mix aus Französisch und Englisch gut verständigen. Die Wohnung befindet sich nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Von der Terrasse hat man einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Trotz der Lage an der Hauptstraße des Ortes und an einem Kreisel fanden wir es nie laut auf der Terrasse. Ein täglich geöffneter Spar-Markt mit einer erstaunlichen Auswahl ist ganz in der Nähe. Das Wohnzimmer ist recht geräumig, und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gab sowohl ein Babybett als auch einen Hochstuhl für unsere kleine Tochter im Baby-Alter. Sogar diverse Puzzles, Spiele und DVDs waren vorhanden. Es war alles da... ...mit Ausnahme von Handtüchern. Handtücher müssen selbst mitgebracht werden, was wir leider nicht wussten. Aus der Objektbeschreibung ging das nicht wirklich hervor, aber vielleicht lag das auch an der miserablen Übersetzung durch fewo-direkt.de. Für Familien mit Babys gibt es zwei weitere Dinge zu beachten: Die Wohnung ist von der Straße oder der Garage nur über zwei verschiedene Treppen und mehrere Zwischentüren zu erreichen, und das Eltern-Schlafzimmer ist relativ klein, mit fast keinen Ablagemöglichkeiten. An beides konnten wir uns aber gewöhnen. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt in Saint-Pierre-la-Mer.

Wir waren 10 Nächte als Familie mit Teeniekindern in dem Appartement. Die Ausstattung ist super vor allem wenn man gerne kocht. Die Betreuung durch die Vermieterin war auch sehr freundlich. Die Anlage ist ruhig. Sensationell die Marktnähe der jeden Tag von 7.30 -13.30 alles parat hält für Selbstversorger. Sauberer toller Strand in Fussnähe und nie überfüllt. Und für alle mit kleineren Kindern, wer ordentlich Action braucht, in 500 m Jahrmarkt und Strandspielplatz. Rundum toller Urlaub.

Super séjour

Logement parfait, équipé comme à la maison, on s'y sent tout de suite chez soi. Idéalement situé, en face de la mer, proche des commerces, marché et des transports, on peut tout faire à pied sans prendre la voiture. Propriétaires très gentils et très à l'écoute. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances à St Pierre..

2 années et toujours aussi bien

2 ans que nous venons passer 1 semaine a 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Tout est à proximité la mer, le centre, les commerces, ... en gardant le calme. Plus besoin de la voiture. La vue sur la terrasse avec un petit apéro au top. L'appartement est grand, propre et la déco moderne. On s'y sent bien, on ne peut que le conseiller (mais pas trop sinon il n'y auras plus de place pour nous ;-) ) La propriétaire est sympathique et acceuillante.

Grands parents, nous avons séjourné dans l'appartement avec nos deux petites filles de 2 et 5 ans. Appartement très fonctionnel et idéalement bien placé, proche de la mer et des commerces. Accueil chaleureux et ponctuel par Frédéric. Appartement ensoleillè, très bien équipé, décoré avec goût dans les moindres détails. Une terrasse face à la mer au 3e étage, vraiment agréable, parking sécuritaire intérieur.Location très bien située, tout est près et se fait à pied. Restos, boulangerie, petit marché Casino. On se sent tout de suite chez soi dans ce coquet appartement meublé avec soin et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. On y trouve vraiment tout ce dont on a besoin pour passer un séjour agréable. De par sa situation, l'appartement permet de se passer de voiture puisque presque tout est accessible à pied. Bref, l'appartement idéal pour passer quelques jours à Saint-Pierre-la-Mer!

Séjour parfait à 2 pas de la mer

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cet appartement meublé avec soin, pratique et très confortable. Le balcon avec la vue sur mer est très agréable. La résidence est calme et un parking est à disposition pour son véhicule. Son emplacement est idéal, en face d'une belle plage et le centre de Saint Pierre la mer avec toutes ses animations se situe à 5/10 min à pied ( supermarché, commerces, restaurants et marché quotidien et fête foraine en saison ). C'est vraiment le lieu idéal pour qui veut passer une semaine à la mer en famille au calme sans avoir besoin de prendre sa voiture.

rien à redire. Tout était parfait.

L'appartement était vraiment tel que nous l'avions vu sur internet. Très propre et très bien entretenue. Les propriétaires super sympas. Vue imprenable sur la mer. Résidence très calme. Nous y reviendrons et ne manquerons pas d'en parler à nos amis ou éventuellement revenir avec eux.

Excellente prestation. Appartement très agréable : tranquillité, confort, propreté, face à la mer, joliment décoré, spacieux et très bien équipé. Résidence récente avec tout commerce à proximité. Loisirs : immense plage de sable à 100m environ piste cyclable à proximité pour longer le littoral en toute sécurité Station balnéaire familiale. Propriétaires sympathiques et disponibles pour toute question. Région à redécouvrir en période estivale.
