This was a wonderful location with a great view of the lake and mountains. My only criticism is that payment and communication was completed through another platform and application vs everything through VRBO.

Hi Rachel, Thank you for your review — we’re glad you enjoyed the location and the views. As is common when a professional property manager lists across multiple platforms and acts as the merchant of record, payments and guest communication are handled directly by us rather than within VRBO itself. We appreciate your feedback and hope you had a great stay. All the best, Goodstays.
