2 upmarket houses right next door in the exclusive Tiffany place estate.
New homes double glazed. Heat pump in lounge as well as big fire places, bedrooms all have heaters. Quality beds , linen blankets and duvets.
Linen and towels are provided for you.
These houses have been designed for the ultimate relaxing holiday. Two beautiful houses next to each other so you and your family or friends can holiday together but also have your privacy and quiet times. Both houses back onto a beautiful grassy reserve where the kids can run around kick a ball or jump on the massive 14ft trampoline.
Perfect for barbecues on the large sunny decks and just enjoying the sunsets at night where its quiet and peaceful. Native plants surrounding properties and rabbit running wild in the reserve.
We are 5 minutes to Ohakune township.
There are plenty of nature walks very picturesque as well as mountain biking in the area.
Bridge to nowhere to name a few.
Just a short stroll to the train station.
Turoa ski fields 30 minute drive

Houses are equipped with smart tvs, netflix, sky sport, movies and limitless wifi with relaxing armchairs that recline for the ultimate relaxing holiday.
Both houses have fully equiped kitchens, laundries, plenty of beautiful bathrooms with large showers plenty of hot water and great water pressure.
There is plenty of parking spaces for your cars and the estate is very secure being a private road and outdoor security.

What a great property

These houses are lovely, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is really well stocked with pots and pans etc making it easy to cook for a large group.

Waimarino Golf Trip

Houses were very clean and well presented, with good kitchen equipment - except for extra teatowels (we were there 4 days) a pot mitt, and a couple more more rubbish bags. We appreciated the firewood, so could make the house cosy, and with the double glazing, and the heat pumps we were comfortable.

Great place for large families

We had a wonderful stay at Gina and Paul's place. The two houses were ideal for our large family group. Clean, spacious, good facilities and warm homes. Gina and Paul were very kind and helpful with our enquiries. Loooking forward to staying there again.

Such a warm and cozy holiday house

Fabulous experience! Pay for the price of one house but enjoying two house . Adults and teenagers have our own fun! And the house was as nice and clean as it was in the website. Kind and friendly host! Will definitely come again! Great choice:)

We booked out both properties (next door to each other) for 4 families. It was the ideal location for a range of adults and children / teens. Enough space for all of us, very clean, comfortable and so warm. We loved the location - close to town and the mountain. Gina was an excellent host - really quick to reply to questions and even had the fires lit for our late arrival. So lovely arriving to a warm and welcome bach. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Perfect family choice

This was the perfect spot for my husband and I’s families to holiday together yet still have their own spaces. Host had the houses nice and warm for us on arrival and was very helpful throughout the trip when contacted. The lounge and dining is quite tight in the bigger house but overall this was a great family getaway and we all loved our stay! Thank you Gina!

Thank you Eve for your review. We appreciate all feedback and endeavour to offer the best we can for our guests. We have taken on board your comment about space in the dining/lounge area in one of the houses and agree with you. The current dining table is far too big for the dining space in that particular house. In order to solve the issue we will swap over dining tables with a smaller table we have. This will open up the entire area and be far better for the larger groups that come to stay.

Very nice place

Amazing place in a quite area with a big field at the back of the house. We have 16 of us staying over the 2 houses. Bathrooms were very nice and kitchen facilities were great

These properties are beautiful and have been built as holiday homes. They have been built in karaka green to compliment all the native surrounds. This is a beautiful serene setting both houses overlook a reserve set in beautiful complex with similar high quality homes.
