Basecamp Resorts Canmore I Five Bedroom Apartment
Basecamp Canmore, our first and most popular property, is a boutique hotel resort situated just a short walk from Downtown Canmore, surrounded by many world famous mountain peaks and only a 20 minute drive to Banff National Park and several popular ski resorts. Designed for families, avid adventure seekers and powder junkies alike, we provide epic views, modern amenities and top notch service along with all of the comforts of home; and all for a reasonable price. With a bounty of natural splendors right at our doorstep we invite you to start your Canmore adventures here.
Our five-bedroom suites are just over 2000 sq. feet in size and perfect for accommodating 10 to 14 guests. There are five bedrooms, each with one queen bed as well as a queen pullout memory foam sofa in each of the two living rooms. There are four bathrooms upstairs near the bedrooms and a powder room on the main level, all supplied with locally sources natural products. There is a fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances and cooking utensils, washer and dryer, living room and dining area. There is free wifi, cable TV and you also get access to the shared roof top hot tub and BBQ areas. Access to these suites involves stairs. Two free parking stalls included.

Summer fun canmore
The accommodations were clean and adequate for our 4 night stay near banff. Our family enjoyed the proximity to banff national park.

Pros: The staff provided very good service. Clean rooms and nice kitchens! Great Location to town, stores, food and groceries. Easy to get to Banff and National Park. Easy to walk to town and establishments. All as advertised on website. Cons: Right next to train line so lots of train noise (they do provide ear plugs in the bed rooms next to tracks), The sliding door base hardware in the master bath had deteriorated significantly and looked a bit scary. Bed rooms were very small but very clean with no dressers, but they did have luggage holders and some hooks to hang items. Parking is very tight for full size trucks and large SUVs, but doable. We had a very nice trip! I would highly recommend if you are not looking for 4-5 star hotel equivalent.

Units were just what we were looking for - clean, reasonably priced and located near stores and restaurants. Proximity to Banff National Park was excellent. Definitely recommend.
