This Cooee Bay beach house is situated within walking distance to 2 beaches, coffee shop and Cedar Park Shopping Centre (supermarket, chemist, bottleshop, bakery, fish & chips).

Modern 2 bedroom home with rear undercover entertaining area overlooking backyard for children to play in the fenced yard.

Air conditioned open plan kitchen, living & dining area. Kitchen with full size fridge and dishwasher.

Large master bedroom with queen bed, second bedroom with double bed and single bed. Both bedrooms are air conditioned.

Laundry with washing machine. Just a 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk to Yeppoon CBD.

Bed linen and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own toiletries and beach towels.

We rented the house for a couple of days to go to a family wedding in Yeppoon which was all very convenient. Nice quiet area with good coffee at the end of the road. Check in process was extremely easy and keys very accessible. Kitchen well equipped. Quiet neighbourhood with offsite easy to access parking.

Great Location, Great little house. Unfortunately at the time of our visit we had significant rain and the tiled floors are extremely shiny and slippery, as are the tiles in the bathroom and shower. An awning over the front door would be beneficial as well.
