We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. This home was perfect for a reunion of 5 friends. Comfortable, spacious, everything we wanted or needed for our stay. Beautiful view from the deck and a place for cozy conversations around the fireplace in the evenings. Hosts were so helpful and patient with any inquiries before and during this stay. This home is conveniently located for any wine country actives, and has a relaxing, wonderful “country” feel. This was a perfect VRBO stay for us.
Host is very responsive to any questions about the property. The location is great for driving to small towns, local wineries, local restaurants, and alike.
If you are looking for a quiet, clean, lovely home surrounding the Oregons wine country, you should consider this place.
Great house with lovely amenities, great kitchen and deck with amazing views. Even has a movie room! Hosts were lovely people who were very helpful. Would definitely recommend this rental.
We had a wonderful stay! The listing and photos do not give this house full justice. The house is so nicely appointed, and the views are amazing. Such a great location, not far from downtown Newberg and within 20 minutes of so many great vineyards. Also, the boutique vineyard adjacent to the property is a great place to visit. We would definitely stay here again next time we come back to the Valley!
We had an amazing experience at this property. The house was absolutely stunning—spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, with every amenity you could possibly need for a perfect stay. Honestly, the photos don’t do it justice. The views were truly breathtaking and added so much to the experience.Cynthia was a wonderful host—very accommodating and easy to communicate with throughout the process. If this house is available, don’t hesitate—book it! You will not regret it.
The home was beautiful, well equipped and very comfortable for our stay. It’s an amazing home with a nice kitchen, lovely deck and movie room which we wish we’d had time to enjoy. The only recommendation for the future would be to have some lighter bedding options as the weather was a bit warm for the comforter on the bed. I recommend and hope to come back again.
Overall the stay was great. Our only issue was that the refrigerator was not working and the owner controlled the temperature in the house from afar and did not allow us to do that. That part was a little strange.

Yes, main fridge wasn't working, but we provided two other refrigeration options for you. A new fridge in the pantry, only outside the kitchen for guest convenience, and a second fridge in the garage, just outside the pantry. The thermostat was being controlled at that time because of previous experience with guests misusing it during a heat wave and causing the compressor to freeze, AC to stop working, house to overheat, and main fridge to break for over compensating. We have stayed in many Vrbo houses where the thermostat is also managed buy host. We were just coming out from a very inconvenient experience, there was a heat wave also coming during your stay, so we made an educated decision at that time to have the house set with a comfortable temperature. Our communication was open and efficient. As we suggested, temperature could be changed at your request. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope you will find a better fit to your needs next time you decide visiting the region. Best.
This property was perfect for us! The spacious kitchen allowed us to easily prepare a Thanksgiving feast. It was the perfect location for my husband, daughters, sons in law
and me to explore wine country. The home was beautiful with absolutely stunning views. The sunrise over Mt. Hood is one I will never forget!
The home is very well stocked and the host was extremely helpful and responsive. She even left us a welcome gift which was a very nice touch!
We would not hesitate to stay here again!
Thank you for an amazing slice of heaven! There were six of us college friends cellabrating our 40th college anniversary...Home was the perfect location with gorgeous views and lots of privacy! Lots of parking. Owners had fresh flowers and a complimentary bottle of wine for our arrival- we couldn't be more happy with this modern home with all the special features. We hope to return someday soon!
We were 3 couples from the Midwest. 2 couples were staying there for the first time. My wife and I stayed at this house 5 years ago with a different group. We had high expectations based on our first stay, and this experience exceeded our expectations.
Communication with the owner was fantastic. The bedrooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook big meals every night.
Last but not least, the views from the back deck are unparalleled. I can't explain the thrill we had of standing in one spot and seeing Mt. Hood, Mt. St. Helens, and Mt. Rainier all with the naked eye. We can't wait to come back for Round 3!
If you want a beautiful, well-appointed vacation home centrally located in the countryside of Newberg, don't hesitate to choose this one! The house is exceptionally clean with many areas--both inside and out--where you and your family/friends can gather. Our favorite was the media room with comfy recliners and a big screen TV and projection system.
Communication with the hosts couldn't have been better. Access to the house was so simple and efficient. The hosts helped us connect with a winery next door where we had an amazing experience chatting with the owner and tasting delicious wines.
While the location is centrally located in the Willamette Valley, the access road to the house is on a busy two-lane highway. It was not noisy at all, just not in a place where we could easily step out the door and go for walks.
All-in-all, our experience was wonderful!

So glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and thanks for the review! Just to clarify for the benefit of future guests our property is on 20 acres, mostly fields and some forest area and adjacent to hundreds of acres of forest ex logging roads. There are a walking options along the perimeter of the property along mowed farm paths and the over 1000' driveway that leads from the set back houseout to the main road. The main road is one lane in each direction and there are no sidewalks on this road.
Beautiful home with ever changing views as the clouds and fog shifted. The fireplace created the perfect ambience for dining and relaxation. The ping pong table and movie theater were perfect for rainy days. Great wine tasting and fantastic location!
We are 2 couples that have traveled to many areas of the US and almost always rent a house. We loved this house! It's been updated with so many nice features. The back scenery is wonderful. I would definitely recommend it!
Location was ideal beautiful home provided everything we needed. The only down side was we were not able to spend more time there. We pretty much left in the morning and got back in time for bed. Would very much recommend this location.
We had a fantastic time visiting the Willamette valley and this house was under an hour from Portland but also accessible to the valley and more. A definite place to be.
six women went on a biking /wine trip..the house, location and attentiveness of hosts was all wonderful..I have stayed in many rentals and this one was first class all the way!!!
