Cozy and quiet one bedroom suite walking distance to the ocean.

Welcome to our brightly lit suite, located only a five minute drive from downtown Sidney, that will become your new home away from home. In our 480 square foot space, you'll enjoy luxurious bath robes, a unique palette wall in the bedroom and a view of the garden out the back window. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with anything you may need for any length of stay. You can curl up in front of the fireplace on the beautiful leather couch to watch a movie on the 55-inch smart TV. The bathroom is equipped with any extra toiletries you may need, along with a spacious bathtub for ultimate relaxation. The bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed with cozy linens. The black out blinds will allow you to sleep in as long as you'd like, even after the sun comes up. There is a private entrance and a path leading straight up to the suite. A short, 10 minute walk down the road you will find yourself at a beautiful beach called Roberts Bay, which is a migratory bird sanctuary. You can spot lots of wildlife and on a clear day, there's a wonderful view of Mount Baker. Only a 5 minute drive to downtown Sidney, or a 25 minute walk, you can find many delicious places to eat, small-town shops and different water activities such as kayak rental or whale watching. There is a bus stop located a 2 minute walk down the road that can bring you to many different places, including Sidney or Victoria. We are surrounded by many beautiful hikes and walks, beaches, and lots of other places to explore. We live in the upstairs so we are always available for any questions or concerns you may have. If there is anything you may need, please don't hesitate to ask!

This was a very comfortable suite. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, and a lovely gas stove and oven, full-sized fridge with freezer.The suite was quiet, the location was excellent for us and the hosts were friendly and thoughtful. It was great to have the washer and dryer in the suite, a private entrance and close proximity to the ferry. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is so great that we are going again next summer! Everything was really clean, and the entire unit was well thought-out and impeccably organized. The kitchen was well-stocked, and there wasn't one thing that we needed during our month there that they didn't have.The bed was reallllllly comfortable, the linens were fantastic, and there were plenty of pillows and even a couple throw-blankets to use in the living area while watching TV.Peter and Julie are great hosts. Check-in was easy, and there is a private entrace and private small outdoor space to BBQ or to sit and have coffee. We got some great pointers from them on local places to go.The location was great as well; if you have a car, it's an easy drive to Butchart Gardens or to downtown Victoria. There are lots of other places to see nearby, and the downtown Sidney area is packed with shops and really good restaurants (and don't miss the Thursday night street market there!). If you don't have a car, the BC bus has a major route that stops only a few blocks away, and you can hop a bus there to go into Victoria without transferring. Our stay here was exceptional. The unit was equipped with everything we could possibly need. We really enjoyed the large tv in the evenings. The bed was very comfortable with provided bedding for any temperature required. It was cool and rainy our first week so we appreciated the comforter. The second week was warm so we switched to the light blanket. The bathroom is a good size with towels, shampoo, a hair dryer and even lotion and a first aid kit. The kitchen just felt like home to me with all necessary cooking supplies. We love Sidney and found this unit helped make our stay comfortable by providing a clean space with all the comforts of home.

Was exactly as advertised. Beautifully manicured property. The hosts, Peter and Julie were great. Were there for any inquiries we had, but very much left us on our own. Very quiet hosts upstairs and the neighborhood as well. Still close to downtown and the water. Would defiantly stay here next time we are on Vancouver Island.

This truly cozy vrbo is the best provisioned we've experienced. We were impressed by the cleanliness, finishes and tasteful decor. The little Christmas tree inside and the wreath on the entry door were very nice personal touches. Our hosts were personable, very friendly, accommodating and quick to respond to our inquiries. We would not hesitate to stay again at this comfy retreat and fully expect when next visiting the area, we will.

Very clean great location easy to go where ever you want to go easy walk to ocean or down town. Unit is spotless well stocked. Owner was great checked to make sure we were comfortable and if we needed any thing. We would strongly recommend this if you want a good night sleep as it is so quiet. Loved it

Great location

This was a great place to stay for my wife and I. We had a very late arrival and our host had kindly provided some grocery items for breakfast; which was very much appreciated. Very convenient to both ferries and airport and just exactly as shown in the add. Very clean with everything you could need for your stay. Would highly recommend a stay here.

This garden suite was beautiful, modern and in wonderful condition. It was well supplied by the host and had everything you would need. It is truly and home away from home! It is only a 5 minute drive from Sidney town center and was away from the hustle and bustle for a peaceful night sleep.
