Oceanfront Suite with Hot Tub

The private Guest Suite is located on high bank oceanfront property, offering a cozy intimate space overlooking beautiful Maple Bay -- we've recently added a hot tub to the patio area.

We are within walking distance of Maple Bay Beach, and a short drive to pubs, restaurants and hiking/biking trails.

Studio is complete with full piece bathroom. Kitchenette includes a small fridge, induction stove top, microwave/convection/air fryer unit.

This was an incredible stay! The host was very kind, responsive, and supplied everything we could have needed and more. Would also recommend checking out the Lion Rampant Scottish Pub for INCREDIBLE views and delicious food.. only a 15 minute walk from this spot.

Kathy was honestly the best host I’ve had at a vacation rental! She was responsive day or night, had great local/area recommendations and was just lovely to chat with. The room was pleasant and bright with everything we needed and more. The bed was super comfy. The views are spectacular! I miss them already. A beach, small store, boat launch and pub are within walking distance. Duncan offers everything you need to get settled. I recommend Duncan Garage for great coffee and delicious, healthy food. The location is perfect for getting relatively quickly (under two hours, usually far less) to places all across the island. I would definitely stay there again!

we booked 2 nights, she removed us after I night for past customers. claimed we only booked 1 night. The double bed was the most uncomfortable thing I've ever slept on. There was nowhere to properly hang clothes. No tea pot , Over priced for sure.

Beautiful property, the room was very tidy and well decorated. Some of the furniture is very old and seems fragile but it has a lot of charm. We didn’t get around to using the hot tub but we did enjoy the view.

The place was amazing. Kathy was an excellent gracious host. The hot tub was a beautiful end to our evenings. The views are gorgeous and the space was very clean with everything you would need. My only wish was for an outdoor patio heater for morning coffee. .

We had a wonderful stay at the suite. It had everything you can possible need, even games and puzzles, the hot tub was a nice way to relax in the evening. Can definitely recommend this place for a relaxed stay with beautiful views and things to explore in the area!
