Thank you for being a valued guest. According to our records, the staff did not receive any communication or a request for a service call during your visit. This team would have been happy to respond quickly to rectify any concerns. We received time stamped and dated photos of the clean prior to your arrival from the cleaning team. Lightbulbs were working at the time of the photos and the tub was holding water. If we had received any type of notification, this team would have promptly rectified your concerns. This beautiful unit is conveniently located, very comfortable and cozy, and is popular with renters.
