The location of the property is excellent! Upon arrival the cleaning crew had missed a lot. The floors were sandy, the trash can had all kinds of black residue in it, the shelves for the kitchen didn’t look like they’d been wiped down in years. The tub was advertised as a jetted tub and it was just a tub. The cleaning was taken care of very quickly and we were satisfied with that. We did address the tub not being jetted and were told they’d have that corrected on the listing. I checked and it was corrected, however no compensation has ever been offered for the incorrect advertisement of the jetted tub. We loved the beach and location and had a great time together.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the excellent location and had a great time at the beach with your group! We sincerely apologize for the initial cleaning issues — that’s not the standard we aim for. We’re happy our team was able to respond quickly and get everything taken care of to your satisfaction. Regarding the jetted tub, we appreciate you bringing that to our attention so we could promptly correct the listing. While we don’t typically offer compensation for listing errors once resolved, your feedback helps us maintain accuracy for all future guests. We’re glad you still had a wonderful stay overall, and we’d love the opportunity to host you again for another beach getaway!

Great location, so-so property

The pictures of this property are amazing, in reality it's a bit dingy. I sent the prop mgr a punch list of necessary repairs. Beware that the washing machine hot-cold are reversed, so cold = very hot. The jacuzzi tub is color corrected in the picture, the unit is actually quite old and an odd flesh-color signifying days gone by. The location of this property is wonderful though, and I walked miles on the beach and it was close to everything. I brought my teen, but if I'd been visiting with my spouse we'd have relocated on day 1.
