This spacious condo has access to the oceanfront balcony from the living room and master bedroom. There are granite counter tops in the kitchen & bathrooms, flat screen TV's in the living room & bedrooms, a washer & dryer in the unit, and full kitchen. This unit can accommodate 8 with 1 king, 2 queens and a sleeper sofa.

Located at 1625 South Ocean Blvd, the Crescent Shores Resort was opened in 2004 and is in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. This vacation property is closely located to shopping, dining, theater, and championship golf courses. Best vacation ever

We took a family trip with our 2 sons and thier families. The accommodations were perfect. Everything we needed was in our room. The way the place was decorated was beautiful. Brought the beach to life. We will definitely recommend and be back ourselves.

Great 2 BR condo on the beach!

This is a great location on Crescent Beach and very well maintained unit and building. Pool, lazy river and hot tubs are thoroughly clean every day. Right on the beach and beautiful large balcony. Only issue was parking our SUV with roof top cargo box. It did not fit in the parking garage. So had to find different spots near the garage and on the street, more difficult if you go out for a later dinner or drink. We already talked and will be back again next year.

Although one of the elevators that wasn't functioning, we took the stairway which led us right to the front door. It too was fixed but made move in a little hectic. Overall, great condo, comfortable beds and all the amenities on could need.

Had so much trouble with front door lock to open. Had to call north beach realty four times for assistance. Ended up putting in new lock. Would be nice if there were spices. Paper products. Anything left over from past renters.

The place is well equipped with everything you need.

Not as clean as I expected. Someone had left clothes in the bedroom drawer and the toilet had urine in it. The smoke detector fell off the wall. Cleaning crew must not have swept very good either. Needed a good mopping on the tile. Our socks got dirty walking around. Only has one elevator that worked for 18 floors. All that said we enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was spacious for the two of us and plenty of room for when our 4 grandsons came to visit. (They stayed in another condo). Some of the kitchen equipment was a little worn out. The elevators were not working when it was time for us to check out so we had to carry everything down from the 3rd floor. Which for 70+ year olds was a bit of a challenge. There are only 2 elevators for the entire building, so it might be difficult if you have an upper floor or any health issues. But overall the condo was very nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great with perfect views on the beach. The den furniture was comfortable and good amount of seating. I didn’t love the glass dining table as we had two little kids with us. The condo had definitely been cleaned but it was obvious that light fixtures and certain surfaces hadn’t been dusted in months. There was mold in the master shower and dirty toilet bowl cleaners in the bathrooms. The pillows provided on the beds were so flat that even folding them over didn’t provide any kind of support. I was happy to see there were throw blankets after a previous guest stated in a review that none were provided. Balcony furniture was not comfortable. After seeing the inside of other condos, it’s very apparent that some are better furnished than others which I totally understand but it wasn’t worth what we paid. Overall, it was still a good trip for our family and memories were made.

This was a nice place to stay at. It was very clean and the location was good. I would recommend maybe updating the bedding comforters and we’re old. There weren’t any blankets on beds just a sheet and old comforters. The ones I found in closet had stains on them. It would be great to have black out curtains as the sun comes up very early in summer and don’t want the light shining in at 5am. The bed was very soft though. New towels or better ones as the link from towels got all over us after a shower. Or maybe they needed to be washed more. Overall not bad for myrtle bch,but these places get a lot of traffic so can be worn down very easily.

Too much noise as building is under construction.

We would have never even chosen this location if we had known there was only 1 elevator for the entire building and that it was under construction. Loud noises from the work crew, no parking except across the street and we had our elderly mother with us and could not use any handicap parking for her. Very inconvenient and not enjoyable. We had no warning this was going on when we booked and no warning when we checked in. Poor communication on the management of this rental. However, if the construction had not been going on, the trip would have been perfect. Beautiful condo, very clean and very comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. Only complaint was an 18 inch television, if that, for the master bedroom. Oldest television I’ve ever had in a rental.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Started off a little ruff. There was still just one elevator functioning in the north tower. Made it difficult with multiple people arriving around the same time. Temporary parking to drop of your belongings is very limited and difficult to first experience when trying to enter the condo was meet with a door malfunction. When I tried to unlock the door I could not get it to open. So I had to reach out to north beach reality to send assistance. The person I spoke with didn't see to sympathetic about my problem. Considering I just traveled 10hrs and dealt with a bunch of issues from the start. Considering the wait while carrying luggage up 3 flight of stairs because of the long waits to use only 1 elevator. With all that said the condo was is good shape for the most part. The view was phenomenal. The cleanliness was so so. My wife had to scrub the washing machine that had black mold in it. Not sure if I would return. I rate my customer service a 4 . The overall experience a 63

Nice condo and good location but...

We had a fairly nice anniversary trip, but there were a few hiccups. First, being that we stayed in November, the property was undergoing maintenance. The worst was the noise coming from the electric sanding equipment on the railings of the decks. Some days the noise was unbearable, even during mealtime. We tried to talk with the realtors involved in the rental but they didn't seem to understand that sanding before painting the railings was happening. They said: " They are just painting." They should have visited us to understand the issues. We realize that repairs/maintenance needs to be done, but we should have been notified ahead of time what was going on. The workers had to have most of the entrance blocked off to do their work so unloading was confusing. The only other complaint we had was that the floors were dirty. We felt we couldn't walk on the floors without shoes. Other than those things, we loved the location and the condo was comfortable and nicely decorated. Just don't come when they're doing major maintenance, which reminds me that one day we had to vacate the condo from 8 am to 5 pm, a whole day because they had to turn off all the water to replace a water pump for the entire building. :-( We did receive a small refund because of the issues.

Very little space for 15 min parking. lock on door very difficult to open. Sliding door in LR to balcony, handle almost falling off, screws falling out. Blinds at window in LR broke. Commode seat in 2nd BR partially broke. Electric recliners in LR filled with sand. The two worse things All TV's are Roku. Was not told condo had no cable, or instructions to operate Roku. Could not watch NFL games on Thanksgiving unless I paid for them. A nightmare to change channels. Was told at checkout that building had switched to Direct TV, but I was not told before hand. Wi-Fi did not work properly. Tried numerous connections. It would be on 5 min and then connection off for 5 min for my entire 4 day stay! Time away from condo much better. Alabama Christmas Show Great! Parson's Table & Chesapeake House great places to eat.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 4 adults and 1 child on this trip. The view from the balcony is perfect. It looks down on lazy river too. The beds and bedding left a lot to be desired. Cheap sheets and fitted sheets that don't stay on bed. Pillows were flat and only 2 per bed. Only blanket was the bedspread and those had that scratchy gross backing on it. Otherwise, everything was clean and adequate dishes for basic cooking. It is very confusing re which side of the complex to find our room, especially since we didn't arrive until late.If they upgrade the beds and bedding, this would be a great place to stay.
