Situated just 100m walk from the beach, welcome to our cute and funky beach house.

3 bedrooms, Gally Kitchen, new bathroom & includes reading / workspace retreat with fast reliable WiFi.

An easy walk across to the beach and tranquil rural views behind you.

Close to wineries, shopping & cafes. Ideally suited to 2 couples and 2 Children.

Portacot (No linen), & toddler high chair available on request.

The cottage has a lovely, calm & relaxed atmosphere. Front yard has a beautiful huge golden ash tree, great for sitting under in the shade on a hot afternoon.

Sip your favourite drink and enjoy the afternoon breeze directly off the sea. There are lots of birds, lorikeets plus many others.

Back of the house has an undercover porch with table & chairs. Cook a BBQ & eat outside in the cool evening air.

There is room for boat / trailer in boat port & 2 cars in the grass front yard.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Peaceful and chill

A lovely place to stay just off the esplanade. Peaceful and quiet. Handy to the beach and beautiful views a shorr walk from the property. Overall a lovely place. I intend to come back.

It was cozy, quiet, very charming, tidy and clean. Very well equipped and comfortable. Not far from the beach, but a good walk to the town centre or a quick car ride to the Main Street. Loved it and so did my two kids. Would definitely come back for another stay. Thank you.

Perfect little beach house

Very happy with our booking. Clean, cosy & comfortable. Has everything you need for a summer holiday with the family. 1 min walk to the beach. Decent couch, TV, wifi & sound system. Cooling, heating, cooking, laundry amenities all amazing. Tastefully decorated & relaxing.

Great place to stay and explore the Bellarine Peninsula

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Igloo House. It was quirky, comfortable and amazingly well-stocked. The beds were comfortable and it was in a quiet location. Jess was very helpful and was a delight to deal with. Would highly recommend.

Probably one of the best we have stayed at. The kids had a great time. Enough area for them to kick the ball. They could also ride their bikes to the beach
