Located on the 1st floor, this beautiful villa looks out over the pool to the beach and Daufuskie Island. You can walk right out of your living room to your wrap-around deck with a dining table and a beautiful pool area. The main area of the villa encompasses an open kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining area that seats 6. The master bedroom is furnished with king bedding and has a private en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds and a private bath. Both bedrooms have access to the wrap-around deck.

In addition to an on-site swimming pool and resident grilling area, you are within walking distance to South Beach Marina Village, filled with endless recreation, dining, and shopping.

Even more beautiful than 30 years ago!

Couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. We honeymooned here 30 years ago and came back to celebrate with our young adult children. Beautiful updated condo. The grounds were immaculate. Sunsets and nightly deer parade simply magical. Can’t wait to come back!

It needs a few updates , the microwave read out did not work correctly, the commode lid needs replacing, the toilet paper holders need replacing. We loved the end unit. We called for service on the TV and the service was immediate. Would stay there again.

Nice location-but they must complete renovations!

Our 6th visit to Beachside Tennis, first stay in 1851. Until they complete renovations to the unit, we would not return. PROS: Fantastic location with decent views of the pool and sound; first floor makes easy access to the pool and grills; very nice open floor plan with updated kitchen. CONS: The renovation is just not complete - of biggest disappointment are the two bathrooms (they don't even have shower heads, but very old 1980 era hand held shower 'wands'), outdated wallpaper; deck is in a complete need for a replacement, must wear shoes outside so you don't get splinters; of a lesser note - silverware/pots/pans/dishes are all a mix of items that you'd find at a garage sale. OVERALL - this unit does have much potential, but as they are charging top dollar, there are a multitude of other units in Beachside Tennis that would present a much better value.

This was our second time staying at this location and it was just as good this time around! Great location near the Salty Dog Cafe. Wonderful beach access and a private staircase down to the pool area from the patio.

Paradise

This property is located on the sound, so it was perfect for our 2 year old to get in the water without being clobbered by the waves. If waves are what you seek, just a short walk down the beach will have you riding the waves. We saw dolphins playing everyday. Inside the property was beautiful and clean. I would suggest adding some more blankets and replacing the frying pan. Otherwise, we had an amazing vacation!
