Breathtaking views from every room of this lovely 3rd-floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath beachfront villa. Ideal location at the southern tip of the island, this villa is on one of the most beautiful beaches in Sea Pines. Tastefully decorated, the living room offers access to the balcony for you to take advantage of the spectacular sunsets while dining al fresco. The master bedroom is outfitted with king bedding, private access to the balcony, and a full bath with a walk-in shower and double sink vanity. The 2nd bedroom has two queen beds and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. This bedroom also has access to a balcony.
In addition to an on-site swimming pool and resident grilling area, you are within walking distance to South Beach Marina Village, filled with endless recreation, dining, and shopping.

During the sidewalk replacement, we ask all owners and tenants to park away from the buildings to allow equipment access and to maintain safe work areas. Please notify your rental agent, as there will be noise during this process.
A temporary access ramp will be installed on the left side of each building while the sidewalks are being replaced. Please avoid all areas that are blocked off or under construction and use the temporary ramp for building access during the project.
