We had a wonderful stay. Loved the pool and beach - beautiful view and very convenient to access and use. The condo was well stocked and supplied. The beds were very comfortable. The host answered questions promptly and checked in on the second day to make sure everything was going smoothly. The location of the condo is great and is close to stores and restaurants (and good ice cream!) Our only negatives were the internet and the washer. The internet was extremely slow. We could not get the washer to stabilize and it rocked and made a horrible racket no matter how much or little we were washing.

The view was great from the second floor. And stright view of the beach/ocean. The room is directly over the pool, but with the doors closed you didnt hear much of anything. Definitely woukd book and stay there again!

This place was perfect for us. It was clean, well stocked, and well maintained. The building manager (Christian) was super friendly and helpful, even helped my boys out with surf fishing. The pool and beach were perfect.

Perfect Stay in Satellite Beach

We stayed 10 days in Unit 223 and it was one of our most favorite and relaxing vacations. A nice serene atmosphere with plenty of amenities and activities. We look forward to a return trip.

Perfect stay

The condo was perfect for our family with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped with what we needed to cook. The condo was clean and nicely updated. Having beach towels, boogie boards, and beach chairs was great!

Best beach house ever!

The minute we walked in the apartment we knew this was the perfect place. Everything with a walkable distance. Pool very clean and climatized. The view was amazing, you can have breakfast with a spectacular sea view. Taylor was very attentive and helpful

Relaxing and on the beach

We had a wonderful stay! We walked on the beach morning and evening, found lots of shells, walked to Publix, Planet Fitness (on the one cool day) and found cute earings at the local artist shop across the street. The condo was very clean and had all the kitchen items we needed to cook our own meals, great view of the ocean, comfortable bed, quiet. The pool was very nice, lots of chairs to relax in. Watched Space X launch from the beach right in front of the condo!

Very nicely decorated!

We were pleased the second we opened the door to this rental and saw the furnishings and view. Everything we needed for a comfortable, pleasant stay was provided. The ocean view is beautiful. The furnishings are as shown in pictures. Check in was very easy. We recommend!

Beautiful Unit, Great Location

The location of the property it perfect, short drive to Cocoa Beach, grocery store right across the street. The memory foam mattresses were so comfy!! The only improvement I would suggest is to upgrade the living room furniture. It was extremely uncomfortable.

Great family location

Great family location. Easy entry into condo. The owner used the last 4 digits of our phone number which was easy for all of us to remember. Place was very clean. Had both a bathroom with a tub and one with a walk in shower. Beds were comfortable. Great view,. Condo on 2nd floor which was convenient. Could walk to eating places as well as grocery store. Would rent again. Thanks for an enjoyable place.

Another wonderful stay

PBC is our go to for getaways in Brevard county and it never disappoints. We've stayed in 3 different units so far. This last visit - unit #223 has very comfortable beds, clean , plenty Of towels, a Washer and dryer in the unit, nicely decorated, master bedroom has access to the balcony which is great for privacy and not disturbing others. Kitchen is well stocked, balcony is roomy, ocean sound at any time during the day and night is perfect. We will be back.
