Cozy and peaceful

Even though it was in the middle of town, making it easy to walk anywhere, especially to the hot springs, and any restaurant in town, it felt very private due to the large porch overlooking the crystal clear creek, visually hidden from anyone else. It was a lovely studio apartment with a cozy double bed. I would recommend it highly it for a couple.

We had a lovely time here listening to the creek and the birds. Space is even better than the pictures. Very walkable to everything in Hot Springs. Extra info that might be helpful: we stayed on a Sat / Sunday night, and the train that goes through town only came by once in the afternoon. No problem with nighttime train noise for us. Also parking is in the grass right beside the building, which is super close. We would 100% stay here again.

Great experience

The cottage was nice and in a great location to walk around hot springs and centrally located to do multiple activities in the area to include hot springs, hiking lovers leap and whitewater rafting. Highly recommend to stay at.

The Boat House is a beautiful clean cottage with modern amenities on the bank of Spring Creek. The rear doors open up to a large, covered deck that overlooks Spring Creek. You can hear the mountain stream sounds of Spring Creek from the living room and deck. The Boat House is located in the middle of Hot Springs and a short walk to everything; however, is private and quiet. We are looking forward to our next visit.

When we arrive, there is no way we could get into the building because the key was locked outside in a little box. Unfortunately, no one including you at Vrbo gave us a number to open the box. We just ended up going around the street down the corner and finding someone who knew that the owner was still in the area. We got a hold of the owner and we got the box and we finally got the key but it was quite a search for about a half an hour outside of that was a very nice day. The place is very nice and thank you very much.

Relaxing two-night stay

My wife and I own property nearby and wanted to support Hot Springs after the devastating flood last year. The Boat House was a small, cozy rental that was perfect for my wife and me. It was very clean and we were very satisfied. Hot Springs is coming back to life but it needs visitors to support its businesses.

Nice and quiet, close to everything in town

We had a great stay. Our favorite part was sitting on the back deck overlooking the creek just watching and listening to the water. We also loved that we were in walking distance to everything in town so we hardly drove at all once we got the Boat House.

The cabin is cute, well appointed, and it's bigger than it looks like in the photos. It was quite comfortable and it's in a great location. I would consider staying here again. The only thing that kept this review from being 5 stars is that we had a small issue and contacted the local contact person and didn't receive any reply until after we'd checked out. We were able to talk with the management company but they weren't able to resolve the issue.

Perfect weekend getaway

Charming accommodation right on Spring Creek within walking distance to everything. Perfect place for relaxation and rejuvenation. Going to sleep with the sounds of the creek was magical. This will be our spot to go to in Hot Springs from now on.

Great Room - Very Peaceful

We loved our stay. Sitting on the big back porch seeing & hearing creek flowing was an added bonus. Walking distance to great restaurants & a few shops. The room was very clean & fully stocked with basic needs.
