Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely view of the Indian River bay marshes. Great amount of furniture for 6 people to eat and play cards. Lovely quiet community with walking trails. Unit was in working order, except mattress covers were missing for some reason. A delightful stay with a lovely marsh/bay view.

Nice relaxing vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Bethany Beach. The condo was wonderful. Not to often do you find a condo that offers 4 bathrooms. Which was so great when you have 9 adults. The condo was clean & spacious. The pool was large & a lot of fun. Would recommend a stay here.

The Marsh

The location is excellent with one caveat, the unit is advertised as a “Ocean front” unit when is not. Although I must point out the view at night from the balcony is nice, quiete and on a clear night you can see the stars “winking” at you. Aside from that the unit was super clean the neighborhood and the neighbors were nice and friendly. Definitely looking forward to booking again next year.
