The hosts were very pleasant and helpful with a couple of issues caused by previous tenants and public holidays. It was very handy to the beaches and shops and the yard was spacious for children to play in.

Yes, it is good to be in a place that is close to the two patrolled beaches. We are glad to hear that the kids enjoyed the back yard - families usually love the space to be able to kick a ball around in.

Ideal place for family holiday

Great place for 3 families, their kids and pets. Close to beach, great backyard for pets and playing with the children. Plenty of space, all the appliances you need, great deck with BBQ.. Very comfortable and clean. Highly recommend.

Great property near the beach

Richard was very kind to assist us when Covid decided to wreck the plans for a few of our group, but those that were able to make it had a lovely time. Definitely recommend based on our communication with the owners.

Culburra beach house

Great family beach house, perfect location as close to beach, lake and local cafe, with a great pet friendly backyard and huge deck with BBQ.Kitchen was a bit small for our group of 8, but was manageable and had everything we needed. Richard was a great host, easy to communicate with and accommodating. My family all enjoyed our stay and we can't wait to visit Culburra again soon.

Holiday house

Remarkable location - between the lake, warrain beach and culburra beach- only 10 mins max walk to each Excellent owner communications and easy to check in Huge beautiful deck for afternoon bbq or morning brekkie Fantastic large flat fenced backyard - good for Christmas cricket or lounging in the sun/ shade Kitchen is tiny and linen could do with an upgrade

The instructions from the host were crystal clear, no problems with Check In or Check out. The house was a perfect size for us (4 adults, 3 children and a labrador), all rooms were clean, and the kitchen, albeit small, had plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking items to get by. Location-wise it was perfect as we could get down to the beach within minutes, and the nearby cafe, only 3 minutes walk away, was a frequent stop for us (excellent coffee!)

Wonderful Time

The house is big & comfortable, and well set out. We stayed with children and grandchildren & the house is very child friendly. The big deck and backyard are a bonus. The bird life and bunnies provided great entertainment. The house stayed cool with fans provided and a sea breeze. The beach and the lake are only a short walk away and doable for the children. Overall, we all had a wonderful time.

Lovely Property in Great Location

We had an absolutely lovely time at Richard and Bella's property. The place was lovely and clean and well stocked with everyday essentials (a real bonus). Richard communicated everything superbly which made check-in and check-out extremely easy. Would definitely recommend this property to families looking for a quiet relaxing break!!

fantastic beach stay!

A group of 8 of us stayed at Richard & Bella’s place over a weekend and each of us thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The house was fantastic size, clean and fitted out with all the basics & more (the board games were a huge hit!). The well kept garden made for a great hangout place especially after a lazy / long lunch. So close to the beach too! Richard and Bella were super easy to communicate with when needed to - and want to highlight the lovely bottle of wine & chocolates left by them for our stay which was such a thoughtful touch. We all absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend to groups of friends and/or family looking for a beach side getaway. Thanks again Richard & Bella!

Wonderful family holiday house

What a wonderful relaxing Eater vacation. The house was clean and well catered. The large bedrooms and generous living areas were perfect for the family and especially the kids. The hospitality of the owners with easter eggs and bottles of wine on arrival were a lovely touch and much appreciated. Thanks again.
