One of the best locations on the island! This adorable 3 bedroom home is located right next to the beach access, and it is dog friendly! A two and half minute walk from your door you will be on one of the most unspoiled beaches on the east coast. This house is also in the heart of island amenities, with a very short walk to the beach, two pools, tennis courts, and the gift shop and market. This immaculate home features a reverse floor plan which offers amazing views of the lagoon from the second (main) level.

The 2nd floor is warm and welcoming with an open floor plan with comfortable furniture and tastefully decorated. The newly-renovated kitchen has all of the appliances you need to feel at home, and the flat screen TV will be the perfect spot for the family to watch a movie after a fun day at the beach. The spacious primary bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom and king-sized bed right off the living room.

The first floor has two large bedrooms and full bathrooms. One bedroom boasts 2 queen beds and has access to the front deck. The double sinks and walk in shower make you feel right at home. The 2nd bedroom has two double beds and its own bathroom. The washer and dryer are also on the first floor.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened-in deck watching nature wake up in the large lagoon with the Harbor River in the background. The lagoon is home to a large variety of seabirds who seem to enjoy an audience. This home enjoys the use of all amenities on the island, but guests also have access to the pool at the Ocean View Villas. This permits you to use two different pools on the island.

Harbor Island is a private gated beachfront community located just 13 miles from Historic Beaufort, SC. Enjoy 3 miles of unspoiled beach and amenities including swimming pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts, fitness center and volleyball court.

Pet policy: dog only, limit one. $200 non-refundable pet fee. Sorry, absolutely no cats due to allergies.

Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property.
