High Tide Haven at the Aruba

*Due to impacts from Hurricane Ian and Nicole, the pool/hot tub and beach access ramp at the resort are currently not open. There may be construction going on.  The condo and building itself are 100% fine.  Beach access is just a short 5 minute walk down A1A.  This is a perfect place to visit to escape cold weather and for the many events in the area!  Please don't hesitate to inquire about long term discounts or discounts in general.

This is the brand new 4 bedroom condo in the Aruba in Daytona Beach, and was built in 2020. This ocean front unit is breathtaking.  Not a single detail was overlooked. It's located on the 7th floor offering upscale luxury along with spectacular views of the Atlantic from the direct ocean front balcony. The living room offers a large flat panel TV, it's own modem and Internet router for in room wireless high speed service. The large couch has a queen sleeper for those extra guests! You'll enjoy being able to walk out on to your wrap around private balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and pool deck. The great room floor plan opens up the dinning area and full kitchen into the living room so all can enjoy the sights and sound of the ocean!

Bedroom 1 features a King Bed. You'll also enjoy a flat panel TVs in all the bedrooms. The second bedroom has 2 full beds, the third bedroom has a queen bed and the 4th bedroom has another king bed. There are 3 full bathrooms in the condo. The unit comes stocked with top grade linens, towels, pots, pans, dishes, so all you need to do is bring the groceries! 

1 free, secure private parking space is available for guests.  There are additional parking spaces availble outside the lobby, but they are first come first serve.
