Enjoy this spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home away from home that sits along a canal in Surf City. Take time to relax and take in sunsets and great views of the canal and sound from the covered porch. Bring your boat and experience the good life with your own private dock on the canal.

Canal front, single level living at its best. Spend time together with your family with the open floor plan where the living area is together to the kitchen and dining areas. The dining table seats 6 so you can all enjoy meals together. The whole home is on one level!

Sweet Dreams: Linens (Bed/Bath) are not included!

This home is located 2.3 miles north of the Surf City bridge, which means you are also conveniently located to restaurants, shops and more! You will find several restaurants, entertainment, fresh seafood markets, boutiques, gift stores, bike and gear rental stores, parks and more all within walking distance of your home. You are close to our local restaurants, shops, Surf City pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum that tells the story of our islands past.

The property was ready on time and clean. The beds were comfortable and there was ample storage space for our food and supplies. We loved being able to play games and watch the sunsets at the kitchen table!

Some unfortunate things took place at the property. Property was great more to do with family members of owners. Daily checking of the property made us feel a little uncomfortable.

great weekend

only things i would recommend - cleats for boat ropes be installed - outside furniture was rusty - replace outside steps - maybe put up a rope or something across the carport space you don’t anyone parking in front of . i thought the sign meant to not block the next door neighbors . i didn’t realize the owner would be staying downstairs the things i loved most - king size bed was so so comfortable - loved being on the canal thanks for sharing your home

Caution

Comfortable beds, nice kitchen cabinet, nice deck on canal, adequate parking, nice swing on lower deck, yard nicely manicured. Caution: outdoor rusting and broken furniture on upper deck, and rusty chairs on lower one; several electrical outlets did not work including all to right of kitchen sink and outside upper deck; one of laundry room louvered doors kept getting out of the tracks and near the end of our stay, the entire door fell on me; when owners arrived in the middle of the night- 3 nights before our stay ended-the smell of their cooking entered the master bath and bedroom - very unpleasant smells

Great Stay

A few friends of mine stayed here and it was great. It’s in a great area, close to the beach and near tons of food. Place was clean and left great instructions
