Great Place to Get Away!

The cottage was so cute - very modern and welcoming, clean, cozy and with everything you need already there. It was very quiet, beautiful view of the lake and super relaxing. The only thing to note is that the dock and lake are down quite a steep hillside which we didnt realize, so anyone with mobility issues of any kind would have a difficult time navigating that. We would absolutely go back again. 5 stars if youre looking for a quaint, comfortable, beautiful getaway!

kitchen is very well stocked ..condiments, spices, cookwear etc

We went at the beginning of November and the first snowfall. Found the cabin quite cold even with a couple of electric heaters. It has a wood-burning stove which we found to be very hard to get going for any length of time. It is not suitable for anyone physically challenged. We could not get down to the dock as it s quite steep with no stairs. Nice balcony and adequate hot tub which we used once. We were charged for a broken piece on hot tub but after we explained we did not break it we were quickly refunded. This is a very nice cottage for a get away. Do not expect a cabin in “the woods” though. Heavily populated with very small lots with cabins and homes very close together. Just take your clothes and go. Games, books etc and start cooking!
