We want to clarify that the property is stocked with two complete sets of linens for each bed to ensure there are always fresh linens available for every turnover. The situation you encountered was the result of a cleaning turnover issue and not a lack of available linens or supplies. We appreciate your patience while we worked to address the situation, and we understand that the inconvenience caused additional stress during an already important trip. While we are glad we were able to provide a full refund, we recognize that a refund does not fully make up for the disruption to your plans. We have addressed this matter with our housekeeping team and are reviewing our processes to ensure this does not happen again.
