**The property features a spring-fed creek reservoir that is typically filled with water and offers a unique natural swimming experience. Swimming conditions are generally best from April through July, while water levels and clarity may vary from August through December depending on groundwater levels, rainfall, and drought conditions. During periods of extreme drought, the reservoir may have reduced water levels or be dry. As with any natural water feature, conditions cannot be guaranteed and may change throughout the year.
