We were there in early December, it is a wonderful place period the host thought of everything, they were even discs to use for the frisbee golf course that was nearby period

Fantastic spot

This place was really great, we had an excellent weekend away here. Well kitted out, fabulous view of the mountain and just 5mins walk into Ohakune. Would highly recommend.

Lovely home to set out on adventures or stay and relax!

Out of all the places we stayed on our north/South Island journey, this is the house we wished we’d had an extra night. The house is lovely, clean, and walking distance along the riverside foot path to the town, where you can grab lunch or set out on an adventure. The balcony has views of the mountain and the kitchen has the essentials. The hosts were super responsive on an issue we had with the hot tub and went above and beyond to make sure al was well.

Nestled in a picturesque setting, it provided a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The surrounding natural beauty created a tranquil ambiance that immediately put us at ease. Additionally, the proximity to local attractions and amenities made exploring the area a breeze. We had the best of both worlds: peaceful seclusion and easy access to everything we needed. The unit itself was impeccable, boasting a clean and modern interior that exuded both style and warmth. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the tasteful decor to the well-appointed furnishings. It truly felt like a home away from home. The spaciousness of the unit accommodated our family of four adults and four children perfectly, allowing everyone to have their own space while also fostering a sense of togetherness. The amenities provided were exceptional. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials, making meal preparation a pleasure. The comfortable beds ensured a restful night's sleep, and the pristine bathrooms were a testament to the cleanliness maintained throughout.

Beautiful clean and comfortable chalet

We loved this property mainly because of its location but also because it was modern clean and comfortable. We had a couple of small issues and the hosts were easy to contact and sorted things out right away. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and would definitely recommend it to others.
