In fact, no other accomodation in the area has better views. Mod 3-bedroom house, solar powered, floor to ceiling windows/ doors capturing uninterrupted views of gum trees, rolling hills and nearby vineyards. Stunning deck to see the sunrise and sunset. An inviting retreat for that romantic country escape or creating memories with family & friends. Well set up for cooking, sitting by the fire, WFH or walking/cycling the nearby rail trail. The house has modern facilities including a well-appointed kitchen, espresso machine, digital TV, Blu-ray/DVD player, a selection of DVDs, iPod docking music station, portable UE boom, Starlink internet, gas Weber BBQ, split AC systems, Nectre wood burning heater, ceiling fans and double glazing for comfortable living. We also have a 220volt EV charger. Guests will have access to ‘booked’ bedrooms only and exclusive access to remainder of property. For our preparation purposes it is important that you provide accurate guest numbers and your specific requirements at the time of your booking. House trained dogs are welcome for an additional fee of $50, max of two and dogs are not permitted on the furniture or in the bedroom and on the bedding. Long weekends have a three-night minimum requirement. We also have two bee hives on the property and are away from the house.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Clean the bbq (if used). Turn off all split systems and lights. Lock doors, windows and draw the blinds.
Pick up dog poop in the areas/paths that the next guests are likely to walk on.
Pls don't leave logs in the house and restore furniture back to the original position if you moved them (too heavy for the cleaner)

That's the thing we want to provide for our guests in underrated South Gippsland.

The house is surrounded by farmlets and vineyards. The house is located overlooking one paddock running down to a creek. Guests have complete privacy on 10 acres. The view comprises the rolling hills and cattle/hobby farms of South Gippsland. And conveniently close to the Great Southern Rail Trail. North facing deck so guest can see sunrise and sunset from the same location.
