Escape to this tranquil Fully Renovated three-bedroom condo in the bustling Sun Valley Resort. Enjoy this rental all four seasons with its walkable location to the Sun Valley Village and proximity to downtown Ketchum. Exclusive access to the Sun Valley Inn pool and Olympic pool. Wide windows, high ceilings, and warm colors create a spacious, welcoming atmosphere. Relax after a long day in front of the gas fireplace. Outside, take in views of the stream, pond, and green space from the comfortable-sized deck. Amenities include WiFi, two TVs with cable, and DVR/DVD players. Walk, bike, or drive to downtown Ketchum restaurants, however, all the necessities are available in the kitchen to make a meal at home. With three bedrooms, six guests can stay in this home. The king-size primary bedroom is located on the first floor. Kids and adults can enjoy the two bedrooms upstairs with two twin beds in the upstairs bedroom and two twin beds in the other bedroom. The twin beds may be combined into a king bed upon request.

In winter, stroll to the ice-skating rink and shops in Sun Valley village, just a five to 10 minute walk away. Dollar Mountain is just up the street and for those wanting world-class skiing, and Bald Mountain is accessible via frequent shuttles outside the condo just over two miles away. End the day taking a dip in the Sun Valley Inn pool and/or olympic pool. In summer, walk five minutes to the Sun Valley Pavilion to enjoy the symphony and summer concerts, or continue on the path to the Olympic-size pool, tennis courts, pickleball, and golf course. Take the bike path out the front door into Ketchum about a mile away. For the serious riders, continue on for another 30 miles of paved biking or quick access to mountain biking.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
