2 1/2 bedroom, 2 bath townhome with beautiful golf course views, right on the 12th Hole of the famous George Fazio golf course. This villa is bright and the location can't be beat if you love golf and tennis. A rear patio right outside the living room faces the golf course and you can even practice your putting or take walks along the cart path in the morning before 7 am or after 7 pm! All bedrooms have televisions and the living room has a 40" Smart TV with DVD player and DVR with the wireless cable subscription. The half bedroom upstairs has a twin bed, with a separate air conditioning unit and bright decoration, perfect for one person and across the hall from the master bedroom! The recently updated kitchen has an open pass through to the dining room and the living room has expansive windows and patio doors looking right out to the golf course. The Inverness Village complex has its own tennis courts with, a pool and a children's pool. Distance to the beach is about a mile. There is free oceanfront parking in Palmetto Dunes for all guests at your choice of two beach houses, each having food concessions and bathrooms. The Palmetto Dunes Dune Buggy service can drive you all around the plantation to the beach, shopping, etc. during spring and summer months. If you are looking for a relaxing location that is mid-island and close to everything you want, this is it.

Nice! Quiet. We did spend more time at the ocean...the weather was perfect for all outdoor activities! Villa was clean and nice sized. Lots of road construction at Inverness Village, but road crews were very courteous and kept traffic flowing nicely. Love the area and all the wildlife!!!

Quick weekend getaway

Enjoyed staying here for 2 nights. We enjoyed putting and chipping on the green right outside the patio door after 7pm. We utilized Disney beach access since we wanted to take a car and had no issues parking. It was close to condo also. Palmetto Dunes nice location and centrally located. Would definitely stay here again!!!!!

Great week!

We have stayed at Inverness Village several times before and love the location. The condo was clean, comfortably furnished and we enjoyed having our young grandchildren (staying in other condos nearby) spend the occasional night in what they immediately called "the Harry Potter room" I might suggest a small update in the cooking utensil department but otherwise we were very pleased. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

I would recommend the property . Stayed the 3rd week of June. Easy check in process. There's was slight a hiccup on the booking but should be resolved soon. The property was thoroughly cleaned before we arrived. We've stayed in Queens Grant, Saint Andrews Common , and Turnberry Villas. . First time we've stayed in Inverness ---- View of the golf course from this property and proximity to the pool is definitely a plus.

Before we arrived, we were notified that we could check in early, which was great. The air conditioner was too cold in some areas and too warm in others. Other than that, everything was fine .

HHI trip

This is our second year at the property and we really love it. It’s located perfectly in Palmetto Dunes where you’re close to the pool and away from majority of the Palmetto Dunes traffic. The locals in the Inverness area are fantastic and we look forward to seeing them. One added bonus is the back porch is right by the 12th green and provides quite a bit of entertainment over morning coffee. We’d highly recommend bringing bicycles or renting some to explore.

Fantastic place, excellent location!

We thoroughly enjoyed a week here and the condo was even better than expected! Very clean, nice furnishings, comfy beds, quality linens, beautiful and convenient location with plentiful community amenities. We rented bikes and rode everywhere! Thanks for a great vacation - would definitely stay here again!

End of school year trip

Our family celebrated the end of the school year with a trip to HHI. The condo was fantastic in a very lovely corner of Palmetto Dunes. Thank you for a very enjoyable trip!
