This Ground level condo is a 2 minute walk to the inviting soft sands of the Gulf of Mexico on Anna Maria Island and one block west of the intra coastal waters of Tampa Bay. This is a great economical winter destination for snowbirds, a nice 3 Day weekend stay away from it all or a weekly rental for the family.
The unit features 2 bedrooms with 1 bath and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
Furnished with a King bed in the master, 2 Twin beds in the Guest room, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. A fully equipped kitchen with the basic cookware, utensils, and dishware are provided as well as beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas for your stay. Easy access to free island trolley service with 2 trolley stops conveniently located right on Gulf Drive a block from your front door.

Great location but the property is showing some wear & tear. No fan in the bathroom. No hand soap in the bathroom Not providing a reasonable amount of paper products for 2 ppl.

Clean but needs improvement

When we arrive the property was clean and smelled nice. The bed was comfortable. The restroom needs to be redone completely to be more functional. The shower entry way is so narrowed you will have to squeeze yourself in to get the shower. The shower floor hurts your feet. There is a problem with the water drainage. There is no exhaust fan in the restroom. After we left and came back we noticed the place had a strange smell that would not go away. The kitchen is good with many appliances to use. There was some drywall that needs to be repaired in one of the rooms. The trim throughout the entire rental needs to be repainted. We never used the pool we were waiting for the pool to be cleaned and it didn’t happen.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice condo. Great location...quick walk to the beach. Pool was very nice. Condo was very clean. Very quiet location. My only negative comments would be the bathroom vent fan did not work, and the shower floor is not level, resulting in water pooling in the non-drain end of the shower. You can also hear upstairs guests quite easily, but they were relatively quiet.
