Great location for beach access and pool. Easy drive to old town St. Augustine. The building is dated, musty smell inside the condo.

Hi Loli, Yes, Colony Reef Club was built in the 1980's but as you know from seeing our construction crew, we are excited about all the new upgrades the building is going through currently (new walkways, balconies, painting, etc.). I am sorry you experienced a musty smell inside the condo. We had maintenance go over to check it out and did not notice anything out of the normal, only the smell of the brand new flooring and painted walls. Thanks, Natalie D.

Wonderful memories

It was a great place to stay. This unit was redone nicely but the icemaker wasn’t working and there was a weird smell in the place that didn’t go away. The property management was very responsive when the handle on the sliding door lost a screw.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love staying at Colony Reef. The pool is great and the walk to the beach from any of the condos is convenient. The room was clean, but could use a deep cleaning in the bathrooms. I do understand there was a cleaning staff issue. Overall my stay at Colony Reef was wonderful and I would come back.

Condo

Our stay was nice. It was very clean and well stocked. The only problem came when we wanted to use the tennis courts and the office was closed. One day was a holiday and the next they were closed too, so we could not check out rackets. Other then that it was great.
