Welcome to our ground floor relaxing resort style 2 bedroom/ 2 full bath beach front condo with screened in balcony (NO BUGS) located in the closest building to the beach in Ocean Village Club which offers 2 pools (1 heated pool) tennis courts and gated beach walk on access. Beach access is right outside our screened in patio. We provide beach chairs/umbrella and towels. We have a Washer/dryer in our unit and parking right out front. Historic Downtown St. Augustine is a short 10 minute drive to all the fun this great historic city has to offer.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Wonderful weekend at the beach!!! Beautiful condo!! We had the best two days relaxing and swimming! The kids especially loved the heated pool!!

St. Augustine Vacation

Very clean and convenient condo. The back screen porch is twenty yards from the nice outdoor pool and boardwalk to the beach. 17 minute drive to historic district of St. Augustine. Would definitely stay here again.

Short Beach Stay

The condo was exactly as described. We enjoyed the screened patio, the pool, and the access to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked, and we appreciated having beach chairs and beach towels provided. Communication with the property manager was great, during the booking process as well as checking in. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Escape and Relaxation

My husband and I very much enjoyed this condo on Butler Beach/St.Augustine. The condo was very clean and updated beautifully. I enjoyed morning coffee and the breeze in the evenings on the screened patio. The condo had everything needed to enjoy some down time. The boardwalk to the beach was very convenient and the pool was very nice. The grounds are maintained exceptional as well. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Location

The unit we stayed (Jan.16 and 17 2025) in was a ground unit which I wanted because the other floors are stairs and with children under 5 I didn't want that for safety reasons. I loved the screened in porch which allowed the baby to explore without getting out of sight. The beds were very comfortable and large and accommodated our 4 adults and 2 kids easily. Kitchen had essentials. Fridge and washer and dryer are modern and nice. The pool and beach are just like the descriptions says steps away and private access. We did not have a chance to get to the pool but I saw others out there. The beach is amazing, Crescent Beach is one of the best here. We were lucky enough to have great weather for our beach day. Saw and amazing sunrise. The condos are a retirement community, with LOTS of dogs (that may or may not bother you). For the price it is a great unit and the location can't be better to everything we wanted to do which included a short trip to old St. Augustine for dinner. If I had one complaint it would be that we ran out of hot water very fast. Not everyone could take a shower on the same day. I don't know if that is normal or if something was broken. We are local (Maxville area) and would stay here again for the beach access and convenience. Overall a great stay, cheaper than getting two hotel rooms on the beach, and we all got to stay together!

Thanks for your review. Ocean Village club is a premium beachfront complex on Butler Beach. You will see all ages of people and families renting for the beach access. Im in my 40’s and purchased my condo 2 years ago after visiting for years so definitely not a retirement community. 😂 I’v had multiple groups rent and haven’t had any hot water issues reported to me but I will look into that asap. Thank you!
