This was a great stay! We were in town for the weekend, and this was the perfect place to relax and recharge. The property was exactly as pictured, very clean, and quiet. Having a reserved parking spot was a huge plus and made everything so easy.It’s also in a great little area with plenty to walk around and explore. The host was easy to get in touch with, and check-in was a breeze.We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Very nice place with all that you need. Comfortable bed, full kitchen, laundry and dryer, plenty of space.It is noisy but that's because it's so close to the downtown area, which is a trade off we were happy to make.

Tim was an amazing host. The apartment was lovely; extremely clean. The location was superb. Easy to walk to my meeting at the Renasant and even closer to major tourist attractions and great restaurants. Will definitely stay when I return to Memphis!

Location, location, location

We stayed 2 nights at this location. It is 3 blocks from the famous Beale street festivities. It also has several places to eat within the block, especially the the bedrock Cafe (great waffle meals). Overall great place to stay.

Weekend in Memphis

We were in town for a wedding and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! This unit was located walking-distance to all of our favorite Memphis eats and close to so many activities. Parking and accessing our unit was easy. Even with so many great spots to stay in Memphis, we would definitely stay here again next time we are in town!

Great Stay!

My husband and I spent several days in Memphis and this apartment was perfect for us. The neighborhood is fantastic, with restaurants and coffee shops all within walking distance, as is Downtown Memphis including Beale Street. Would absolutely stay here again. The communication regarding the rental, amenities and local recommendations were the best we have experienced.

Anniversary trip

It was more than we expected. It as perfect for our anniversary trip. Location was great and we were able to walk to a lot of stores and attractions. If we had to drive to anything, it was a short commute. Would definitely love to stay there again.
